Wood's Neuk is an impeccably presented period cottage which has traditional charm and style in abundance. Exceptional attention to detail has ensured that this fully equipped and comfortable home is a luxurious and relaxing retreat for your East Neuk break. Exposed beams, wooden floors, two wood burning stoves and quality finishing throughout, this delightful cottage will make you feel at home as soon as you step through the door.

Wood's Neuk is located centrally within the beautiful fishing village of Pittenweem. One of the picturesque villages which make up the East Neuk, it is in easy reach of St Andrews (15 minutes) and Edinburgh (one hour). Coastal paths, first class local produce and restaurants, golf and a gentle pace of life are just some of the appeal of this lovely area.
Wood's Neuk is the ideal base for your stay; whether you're after a romantic retreat, family fun or a catch up with friends, you won't be disappointed! Three large double bedrooms, all en-suite are on the first and upper floor. The bootroom utility which leads off of the staircase is a useful space which offers access to the enclosed garden. Downstairs has a delightful dual aspect lounge with the most comfortable seating from which to enjoy the feature wood burning stove. Soft furnishings such as cushions and throws will ensure you relax as you kick back after a day exploring the delights of the area. The bespoke dining kitchen is fully equipped with all modern appliances whilst retaining charm. An additional seating area by the wood burning stove in this space makes the kitchen a lovely social space. Walk straight out into the enclosed garden, where you will find seating, a barbecue and storage for bikes and fishing nets. Wifi, driveway for parking and dog friendly, this cottage really does have everything you could want for a spectacular stay!

The East Neuk is a string of fishing villages connected by the coastal path. A long time favourite with families, keen walkers and golfers it offers something for everyone.
The laid back lifestyle and gentle pace of life makes it a super choice for a relaxing and quiet stay by the sea.
There is a range of cafes, bistros, bars, restaurants and fine dining restaurants throughout the East Neuk.
The area and many of its facilities and visitor attractions are dog friendly.
There is a vibrant arts community with festivals and pop up galleries as well as a lively music scene.
Local producers are stocked and celebrated by independent and artisan shops and local farmer and food & drinks markets.
There is an hourly bus service in both directions.
There are well maintained footpaths, the coastal path and some multi use paths in the area.
A car is not necessary but is advised for those wishing to explore further afield.
