Fully furnished home in a cul-de-sac, parking for 2 cars.

Kitchen - fridge, cooker, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, & lots of cupboard space. Dining table (8 guests). Double patio doors lead to south facing garden, outdoor dining on decked area.
Lounge - 42” Full 1080p Freeview HD TV

Chandlers Ford is a beautiful area with plenty of local walks and children’s play areas within the Knightwood area. Valley Park Woodlands is minutes away and is a peaceful reserve, with ancient trees, ponds and meadows. Flexford Nature Reserve is closeby, offering walks & wildlife spotting opportunities. There are great local shops, including Asda, Tesco, Lidl, Waitrose. Great location!

Southampton, with shopping (West Quay), restaurants, museums, harbour walks, nightlife and Southampton’s Football Stadium which also hosts music concerts. Eastleigh is a shorter drive offering shopping, cinema, restaurants, a leisure centre with pool and also TeamSport Go Karting and Crazy Golf centre.

In addition to the numerous shops and restaurants, historical Winchester offers a main street market, which takes place every Thursday, Friday & Saturday with a variety of different traders. There’s a Farmers’ Market on the 2nd and last Sunday of each month, with large scale with fresh produce stalls. There’s a Christmas Market that runs from mid-November every year.

Lovely family house

A well sized house for a family of 4 that was nice and tidy. There are some lovely walks in the woods you can explore without the need to drive. Winchester and Southampton are both a 15 minute drive and there are plenty of things to do with kids locally. We really appreciated Kerry putting up some holiday decorations for us as we were there over Christmas visiting family.
