A well situated apartment in the historic part of bath . Good amenities . A few hiccups with receiving entry information but host was very promt at replying to correct the situation

Lovely place

Excellent location, some small glitches which Daniel helped us through immediately and graciously. The bed is very comfy, great shower, modern and well equipped kitchen. Hope we can return, Bath is a beautiful city and the trains are great

Disliked: Communication
Lack of key and communication was unable to check in. All documented Immediately upon realizing no key I messaged pertinent parties, Expedia and Vrbo. After 3 HOURS WAITING the host finally responded. NO Assistance. Internet was spotty at location so disconnected several times. I found alternate accommodation.Expedia provided excellent assistance. VRBO did not. Host refused refund of cleaning deposit of course unneeded since I could not access the apartment. After staying throughout the world many years in hotels, apartments etc all verifiable, first time experience with zero backup.
