This modest beachfront apartment is 8 km from diving excursions at Aquarium Roquetas and 9 km from go-kart racing at Karting Roquetas. There is also a big commercial center (Centro Comercial Gran Plaza) at 5km.
The apartment is on the top second floor in a very homely block, it doesn´t have a lift but it has an easy access. There is free parking on the street.
