I've recently returned from a long autumn stay at this apartment which was exactly as described and clean. The complex is very pleasant and well maintained with good tapas bars alongside in the street. Jose is a responsive, pleasant and professional host whom i can recommend along with the property.

Long winter rental

The property was as described, it was very clean and tidy. Our host was very helpful at check-in and in fact all through the process. We are early risers so the sun in the morning was very welcome. If im perfectly honest we would have liked a bigger kettle. The bathroom was perfect with a big shower and large sink.all in all we would be very happy to own a property like this. Now for the not so good bit although we did get a discount for the 9 weeks we were disappointed with the updates going on to the complex, i know it has to happen at some point but we did not get much rest from it having said that if we had known it was going on we would have changed our dates to next year as this property and complex are first rate and worth a visit. We are still tempted to come again next winter

Sehr schöne Wohnung

Die Wohnung hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Super sauber und alles in top Zustand. Die Wohnanlage ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen und kann einen Anstrich vertragen. Das können und wollen wir dem Vermieter nicht anlasten. Die Pools und die Innenanlage werden täglich gepflegt. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und immer erreichbar. Das Fazit sind 5 Sterne bei Preis Leistung.

Bon séjour hivernal mais attention à la surface annoncée

Avons passé un bon séjour. L'appartement est très propre, bien équipé, ensoleillé le matin. A noter toutefois qu'en Espagne la superficie annoncée de 65 m2 correspond a la surface construite. La surface habitable est de 55m2 incluant les 2 balcons. Cela nous a donc induit en erreur sur la surface attendue. C'est la raison pour laquelle ma note est moyenne

Ferienwohnung wie man sie sich vorstellt

Der Vermieter hat uns in allem überrascht. Einführung in das Mietobjekt war perfekt, Vermieter sehr höflich und nimmt sich für die Einführung sehr viel Zeit. Krisenmanagement war hervorragend, Vermieter hat sofort reagiert und informiert. Jederzeit würden wir wieder bei José Antonio mieten.

Perfect

Jose Antonio is een perfecte gastheer, zeer vriendelijk. Hij stond klaar op de luchthaven om ons naar het appartement te brengen. Het appartement is heel netjes, super schoon en heel mooi. Zeer ruim. Er zijn twee zwembaden, maar strand is ook vlakbij. Perfecte accomodatie.

Fijne ligging alles goed verzorgd en brandschoon

Woning is compleet en hebben het erg naar onze zin gehad, Tip: kussentjes in terrasstoelen zit beter, wij waren waarschijnlijk de 1e bezoekers want de woning was heel koud bij aankomst. Prima communicatie met de eigenaar.

joli petit appartement pour deux personnes dans un complexe pas neuf mais bien entretenu. pour des raisons économiques le propriétaire avait bloqué le chauffage électrique et l'avait remplacé par un appareil a gaz, ce que n'est pas idéal. toutes les deux heures il fallait aérer par manque d' oxygène. côté nord (chambre a coucher et buanderie ) très humides et apparition de moisissures. cuisine bien équipée mais poêles et casseroles a renouveler heureusement qu'il y avait un bon lit et pas de voisins, nous avons quand même bien dormi.

Accueilli chaleureusement par Monsieur José Antonio PELEGRINA ROMERA, propriétaire et parlant Français, nous avons trouver un appartement très propre et conforme à la description de l'annonce. Nous avons apprécier le linge de maison très propre et fourni en double pour notre séjour de 2 semaines. Le propriétaire nous a donné toutes les informations nécessaire à notre séjour ( magasin MERCADONA, Plages, et de très bons BARS A TAPAS) L'appartement tout confort était calme et très bien exposé sur les 2 magnifiques piscines dont dispose le complexe. Sans aucun problème nous recommanderions cet appartement et nous espérons y revenir un jour. Une Famille des Hautes-Alpes ( FRANCE)

Nous venons de passer 1 mois dans ce très bel appartement, très agréable, clair et ensoleillé. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié le grand balcon où nous avons pu prendre nos repas, le soleil étant au rendez-vous. La proximité des commerces , des restaurants, des bars à tapas est appréciable ainsi que le bord de mer à 50 m. La résidence est très bien entretenue, calme et sécurisée. Accueil chaleureux du propriétaire José Antonio. Nous recommandons vivement cet appartement et nous reviendrons sans hésiter0

Semana en septiembre

Estuvimos una semana en septiembre con nuestro bebe y el apartamento para los tres esta muy bien. Tiene todo lo necesario, lo único que no incluye son las toallas. La cocina tiene todo lo necesario. La ubicación muy buena, a un paso de la playa y también de bares y restaurantes. Roquetas un sitio agradable para pasar las vacaciones. Recomiendo el apartamento, muy buena relación calidad-precio y los dueños muy agradables y disponibles para cualquier cosa. Un saludo a Jose Antonio y Mercedes. Antonio, Marga y Clara.

APARTAMENTO IDEAL PARA FAMILIAS

Desde el primer momento todo fueron buenas sensaciones y buen trato. El apartamento estaba perfecto, con mobiliario actualizado, muy cuidado. Las instalaciones eran ideales para compaginar playa y piscina. Los propietarios siempre estaban a nuestra disposición para cualquier tema, ya fuese del apartamento o sobre accesos a diferentes zonas de la ciudad. Mejor alquilar el servicio de parking. Muy recomendable para familias.

Herrlicher Urlaub - tolle Wohnung - einfach Klasse

"Der Vermieter, Antonio, ist ein sehr sympathischer Mann, der uns sehr freundlich empfing, uns die gesamte Wohnung sowie die Umgebung zeigte und uns dabei mit allen erforderlichen Aspekten vertraut machte. Die Wohnung ist gut aufgeteilt, qualitativ gut und großzügig eingerichtet, sehr sauber und bietet alles, um sich 2 wochen (und länger) in ihr wohl zu fühlen. Der Strand, der quasi vor der Haustüre liegt, ist wunderbar, hervorragend geeignet, um km-lang spazieren zu gehen; viele kleine Restaurants und Tapasbars laden unterwegs auf einen Café, ein Glas Wein oder zum Essen ein - rundherum großartig. Ganz in der Nähe, d. h. zu Fuß zu erreichen, sind eine größere Zahl an Supermärkten. Außerdem ist die Wohnung ein sehr guter Standort, um die nähere (Almeria) und weitere Umgebung (Sierra Nevada, Alpujarras, weiße Dörfer etc.) zu erkunden. Ganz gewiss haben wir große Lust, dort wieder zu urlauben und ganz bestimmt möchten wir dies in der Wohnung von antonio machen."
