Flat Praia Rocha Varandas Cozy
1-bedroom apartment for holidays on the first line of Praia da Rocha beach, fully furnished and equipped. Located in a condominium with 2 swimming pools. Sea view and only 40 m from the beach sand.
Property comprising: entrance hall, bathroom with bathtub, bedroom with double bed and built-in wardrobe, living room with double sofa bed and air conditioning (hot and cold), equipped kitchenette.
Living room and bedroom with balcony - Sea and beach view.
WI-FI Internet and TV (MEO Fibre system).
Parking space in the Building's garage.
NOTE: Only 4 people are admitted (including adults, children and babies).
It is PROHIBITED for any type of external service providers to enter the local accommodation.
- A deposit of EUR 400 is required at the time of arrival. The deposit will be charged as a credit card payment, Revolut or advance bank transfer. The deposit refund will be made within 3 days after check-out, following a full inspection and cleaning of the accommodation.
TOURIST TAX IN PORTIMÃO:
In accordance with municipal legislation applicable from 14 March 2024 to all reservations, guests must pay in cash at check-in:
- In high season (01/04 to 31/10) €2 per person, per night.
- In low season (1/11 to 31/03) €1 per person, per night.

Exceptional Location
Everything nearby including beach. Staff communications exceptional. We had no worries throughout.
The pool was disappointing. Not clean. This would have been a 10 otherwise.

Incrível apartamento com vista mar
O apartamento era agradável, limpo na chegada, tinha tudo o que eu precisava, além da linda vista para o mar. Nuris é um lugar incrível para passar férias e curtir a praia.
Meu único comentário é que encontrei cabelo no congelador e alguns dos copos não estavam muito limpos

Boa localização, limpeza e bem equipado
Bom serviço, de confiança. Ar condicionado e estacionamento, em frente a praia. Bem equipado.
Zona barulhenta, convinha as janelas serem duplas. Só faltou máquina de lavar louça e ar condicionado no quarto.
