[NEW FOR 2020] New fully air-conditioned apartment located in a superb residence with heated swimming pool.
The apartment, furnished with attention, and located on the ground floor has a spacious living room consisting of a living-dining room with a very good convertible sofa (sleeping 140), worthy of a bed, an open kitchen with everything you need: dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, coffee maker (traditional and Dolce Gusto, toaster, kettle, orange press, etc.

1 bedroom (sleeping 160), 1 bathroom with walk-in shower, a private outdoor area with terrace and garden.

The apartment has the luxury of the sun all day: a small terrace at the back, overlooking a small pedestrian path, benefits from the morning sun ideal for breakfast and a large terrace overlooking the swimming pool. (parasol provided)

The apartment is ideally located: 5 mins walk from the pretty market town of Alvor, an old typical fishing village, mainly pedestrian streets, 10 mins walk from the beach and 2 mins from the supermarket!

Very well presented apartment, spacious balcony that we used extensively, all cooking equipment to make light meals and an outside bbq. Beds very comfortable as was the sofa bed, an easy walk into the village and a supermarket right outside. We had a great holiday here.

Apartment was exactly as we expected and just right for our stay In Alvor. It had everything you need to enjoy a self catering break and was within walking distance of the town with its lively bars,and restaurants.

Beautiful modern apartment

Lovely modern apartment with everything in it you will ever need on your holiday. It is about a 15 minute walk to the beach but only 7 minute walk into Alvor village. We will definitely return.

Modern and tasteful

First time staying this side of Alvor and enjoyed the modern complex. Decor was tasteful and modern with all mod cons. Plenty of good glassware, crockery and utensils. Spacious balcony and comfortable seating with a view of the pool. A very good supermarket close by. The iron and board are stored underneath the comfortable bed. Good shower and lots of hot water. I would not hesitate to stay here again. Thank you to Laure & Sebastian for a very enjoyable stay.

Loved the big balcony even though it was too cool to sit out most of the time. Our friends didn’t have a bbq so we entertained. It was so convenient for buying groceries etc at the pingo doce. Towels were poor quality so we bought some and left them for future renters.

Comfy home away from home

We recently stayed in this apartment for 4 weeks and loved everything about it. The location is perfect for walking to an endless selection of restaurants, bars and shops. The grocery store is literally steps away from the back gate. Its an easy walk to get to the boardwalk to explore the beautiful beach (even in winter).The apartment itself is spacious, comfortable and well appointed with cooking supplies, dishes and appliances. There is also a washing machine and a drying rack out on the large patio where you can dry your laundry (and sit in the sun with a glass of wine while doing so)Laure, our landlord was wonderful to deal with. She responded to all our questions very quickly including recommendations for restaurants!We look forward to staying here again and are certain future guests will feel the same way.

Séjour de 10 jours qui vient d’arriver à sa fin . Appartement parfait très propre, bien équipé et très bien agencé. La résidence est neuve et très belle. Idéalement placé proche des commerces et de la plage. Laure est une super hôte, tout à été très bien organisé et la communication parfaite.
