The apartment is 100 meters from the beach, large living room with balcony overlooking the sea. New bathroom with shower, double bedroom and a bedroom with sofa bed. Air conditioner. Grado Pineta is 3 kilometers from the center of Grado, it is an area with an extensive beach and shallow sea, ideal for relaxation and for small children to play on the beach. The promenade is ideal for those who enjoy walking. Cycle paths connect the entire Alpe Adria region. Also ideal for kitesurfing.
We love to travel and we love nature. We have the pleasure of hosting tourists from all over the world who have come to the Friuli Venezia Giulia region in Italy to enjoy the wonderful nature of this area.
Grado centro can be reached with a 2.5km walk:: The historic center reminds very Venice, in fact by virtue of its rich past Grado is called the First Venice. 15 km from the UNESCO site of Aquileia: 1 important archaeological site of the ancient Roman city 30 km from the UNESCO site of Palmanova: Fortress city founded by the Venetians in 1593. Porto Piccolo in Sistiana: a picturesque seaport with dazzling charm. Trieste at 50km: The most Central European city in Italy, with the blue sea and Austro-Hungarian and Venetian style buildings.
