Why they chose this property

The jewellery quarter is a historic area of Birmingham that is having a youthful revival. The fun area, is brimming with young businesses while still being home to some of the oldest jewellery shops and factories in the UK.

What makes this property unique

The 15ft tall ceilings and huge original windows. Having been converted in the 80's the building still holds its original features and quirks.
