There aren’t enough good things to say about Carmelo and Villa Zagara Bianca in Savoca. The villa is absolutely beautiful, spotless and thoughtfully designed. Carmelo could not have been a more attentive host; he went above and beyond to make our stay special. From sharing fantastic local recommendations to booking several of our restaurant reservations, he made everything effortless.The villa was the perfect size for our two families, with plenty of space for everyone to relax. We also fell in love with Savoca itself, a charming, authentic village where we could easily walk to wonderful restaurants and soak in the atmosphere each evening.Villa Zagara Bianca is truly a hidden gem and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again. Highly, highly recommend!

Family Birthday

We booked the house for a family birthday celebration for a week. The house was exactly as presented on the Website (probably better). Carmelo the owner/host is a great guy with great communication from go to woah. It’s a perfect place for families or groups of friends. There is an easy walk into the village of Savoca and a supermarket at the bottom of the hill. We would have no hesitation in recommending the property and Carmelo as a host.

Elegant villa, amazing view, wonderful host.

Our extended family of nine adults spent four nights in this beautiful villa in the town of Savoca. Every detail in designing the accommodation was taken into consideration for efficiency and comfort, and the house is in pristine condition. Our host Carmelo was extremely kind and checked in on us periodically to make sure we were OK and enjoying ourselves. A 10 minute drive down to the town of Santa Teresa di Riva offers many restaurants along the sea. Savoca is convenient to Taormina and for day trips around Sicily…Etna, Siracusa, Catania, etc. Even spent a day in Cefalù. Hope to return on another vacation.

Hello John, thank you for your fantastic words. Actually, the villa is located in a strategic area, as it's far from the chaos, but close to Taormina, Giardini Naxos and other tourist locations. You can go to Cafalù, as you did, or choose to take a boat tour to the Aeolian Islands. Hope to have you as guest again!
