This corner unit allows you to have the largest 2 bedrooms available in the complex and a balcony corner that has a beautiful view of the lake with 2 sides screened in. TV in the master bedroom and living room, 55”. Wonderful screened-in porch. Lots of tennis courts and a workout room. Relax at the 2 well-kept pools at 86 degrees. There is an elevator and pool out back door. Cable TV, water and electric included in the rent. Centrally located east of I-95, 1 mile to the beach and 10 minutes to Atlantic Ave restaurants and shops! parking spot right outside the elevator.

Rental includes , beach towel, washer, dryer, 2 flat-screen TV, 2 pools, Jacuzzi, fitness center, wifi. 2 TV. Roll away extra bed. Own laundry room.

There are 24 clay tennis courts available. It is very clean, comfortable and relaxing.
Rentals are subject to Association approval, a fee of $150.00 is charged per approval application.

Wonderful stay in Delray..This our second year at this condo.. Yes the unit is dated, but the owners were great and very responsive.. We did need to clean a bit upon arrival, hence my 3 star rating. Hopefully owners will address with cleaning staff. Overall loved our stay in Delray...
