This charming house has loads of character and is in a great location near Atlantic Ave, with convenient access to shops, restaurants, and the beach. The accommodations were comfortable, and the space was exactly what we needed for our stay. The owner was very responsive to our questions. We would definitely stay here again!

Daniel was very responsive to our questions. The house was great. My wife loved the upstairs suite and both our kids really enjoyed having their own space. The location was great for walking around downtown or even walking to the beach. My wife enjoyed a couple of runs from the house to the beach. We were in town to see my grandma, we weren't in the house much for eating, but would love to come back and stay here again.

The house was very well stocked with toiletries, kitchen needs, laundry, towels, blankets etc.It was difficult getting into the property as no code or communication was sent prior to arrival. Took about an hour to get an answer from the host. All communication after that was good.

Lovely house in Delray!

We spent January at the Shady Lady in Delray and thoroughly enjoyed it. We walked to the Ave every day and sometimes to the beach. Daniel was so helpful and very responsive. The house was well equipped and had everything we needed for a home away from home. We plan to stay again!

It's a quirky old house, but you can tell they are doing work to it. It's very cute, has a great back deck and yard, and is walking distance to downtown Delray Beach. We enjoyed our stay.

Downtown close to all restaurants and about 1.3 miles from the beach. Nice place and worked out better than i thought. Well stocked with supplies which was great. Only improvement would be shades on a few windows upstairs to block out sun/heat. A/C worked well though and fans were good.

Great property and great private back yard!! Grocery store, liquor store, cigar lounge, and restaurants were all only about a mile away from our location. When we go back i will definitely be in this property again. Owner was great on communication and very pleasant. 5 stars for sure for a nice relaxing low key property

The place is as described. It's an older place. As a Florida man, this is a Florida home. Close to the beach and nightlife. Some may find the neighborhood sketchy, but it's a block away from the police station and gentrification.
