L'appartamento è grande, situato al quinto piano e vanta una buona esposizione su due lati: il soggiorno è ampio anche se meno luminoso, mentre cucina, camere e bagno ricevono molta luce. La vista non è indimenticabile, poiché affaccia su condomini identici e piuttosto decadenti, ma offre comunque uno scorcio sul mare e sulla Basilica di Sanremo vecchia. Il vero problema è l'inquinamento acustico: le finestre di cucina e camere danno su Via Volta, una strada trafficatissima e rumorosa a ogni ora. Per dormire sono fondamentali i tappi per le orecchie. Ecco altri dettagli importanti sulla struttura: Ascensore: Molto piccolo e decisamente scomodo se si viaggia con valigie medie/grandi. Sicurezza: La porta d'ingresso non si chiude del tutto (manca la classica doppia mandata, si ferma a metà). Anche se la zona sembra sicura, l'ho trovato un po' inquietante. Bagno: Funzionale, ma la pressione dell'acqua nella doccia è debole, il che rende l'esperienza poco confortevole. Lavatrice presente (poche però le mollette per stendere). Cucina: Ben attrezzata e senza problemi. Raccolta rifiuti: Differenziata rigorosa e un po' scomoda, dato che alcuni rifiuti vanno portati fino all'Eco-Centro San Francesco. Parcheggio: Inesistente nelle vie adiacenti, il che rende difficile anche solo scaricare i bagagli. È necessario parcheggiare a piedi a parecchia distanza, nella parte alta della città (consiglio Via Göethe o zona municipio). Vicinanza con il centro città buona, con il mare non molto.
