Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit! Die Wohnung war super sauber, sehr schön eingerichtet und es hat an nichts gefehlt. Der Kontakt mit dem Gastgeber war freundlich und unkompliziert. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Wir haben eine wunderschöne Woche in dieser Ferienwohnung verbracht. Sie war sehr sauber, gemütlich und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Die Lage ist perfekt – das Meer, die Altstadt und die Geschäfte sind bequem zu Fuß erreichbar. Auch das Parken am Hafen hat hervorragend funktioniert. John war ein sehr freundlicher, hilfsbereiter Gastgeber und jederzeit erreichbar. Wir können die Ferienwohnung uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen und würden jederzeit gerne wiederkommen.

Ganz tolle Unterkunft. Super Lage.

In der Wohnung hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Sehr sauber und sehr schön eingerichtet. Die Lage ist top. In der Strasse sind viele Cafés und das Meer ist von der Wohnung ca.5 min zu Fuß entfernt. Das Auto haben wir ca. 15 min. zu Fuß, kostenlos von der Wohnung geparkt.

Der Aufenthalt war gigantisch schön.Von der Wohnung (3 Schlafzimmer und 2 Bäder Küche und Esszimmer)war ALLes fußläufig erreichbar.Strand 10min, Fußgänger Zone 10min,Alle Geschäfte des täglichen Bedarfs in unmittelbarer Nähe. Kleiner Tip zum Parkplatz nicht gegenüber.Fahrt das Auto zum Porto Sole

Eine traumhaft schöne Wohnung

Die Wohnung ist viel schöner, als man anhand der Fotos glaubt. Und auch dort war es schon sehr schön. Die Lage ist geradezu perfekt. Es ist alles fußläufig erreichbar. Außerdem war es wunderbar ruhig. Perfekt sauber und der Gastgeber ist sehr freundlich. Jederzeit wieder.

Ottima vacanza a Sanremo

L'appartamento é molto confortevole ed é dotato di tutti i confort. I proprietari molto gentili e disponibili hanno consigliato anche ottimi ristoranti. Sicuramente da consigliare.

Appartement très agreable et bien situé.

Appartement très agréable, bien équipé et fonctionnel. Les 3 chambres sont vraiment spacieuses, jolies tout en étant décorées sobrement. Elles sont climatisées avec des appareils efficaces. Nous étions 5 (2 adultes et 3 ados). La cuisine est bien équipée en revanche l'espace pour manger est petit. Au delà de 5, ça devient juste. Le linge de lit et de toilettes était fourni, ce qui est super appréciable ! Quartier agréable, central, à proximité des commerces et des plages (privées). John est très accueillant et serviable.

Casa perfetta

La casa, che si trova in centro a Sanremo, è molto pulita e ordinata, il proprietario molto disponibile per ogni occasione. Assolutamente tutto perfetto!

Great place

Captain's House is realy nice and spacy. The interior was fine and there was everything for a homecocked meal. Right in the middle of town center but not quite as advitised on Homeaway.com There is no balcony and no aircondition, only a very noisy fan. The WIFI was unstable but the host was very helpful and solved the problem. We would definitely recommand the apartment for other travelers.

Sanremo 2019

Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und ist für 6 Personen sehr gut ausgerüstet. Der Vermieter, John, ist ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Er hat uns sehr gut empfangen und hat uns viele Tipps für Ausflugsziele und gute Restaurants gegeben.
