The screened porch and lakeside fire pit are perfect for relaxing. The property has its own boat ramp and 2 kayaks are available for exploring. Sokokis Lake is a 172-acre, all-recreational lake located 2-hrs from Boston and within an easy drive to great attractions like Portland, Old Orchard Beach, Sebago Lake, Funtown Splashtown water park, Lake Winnipesaukee, etc.
