Lone Pine View Lakefront Retreat

You will adore endless opportunities for recreation and relaxation at our newly built lakefront home, Lone Pine View. This spacious home sleeps up to eight guests, with three bedrooms and three bathrooms. Two of the bedrooms feature comfortable queen beds with ensuite bathrooms, while the master bedroom offers a luxurious king bed, walk-in closet, ensuite bathroom, and a daybed with two twin beds. All beds come with fresh sheets and cozy quilts, and each bathroom is stocked with plenty of clean towels and soap.

The open-concept main living space includes a fully equipped kitchen, a lower game room, and the master bedroom, all boasting breathtaking lake views. With three levels, there’s plenty of space to play games, cook, watch a movie, or unwind with a book. Afterward, enjoy floating in the lake or roasting marshmallows by the firepit.

Kitchen & Entertainment: The kitchen is well-stocked with all necessary amenities, including a dual coffee/espresso machine, dinner service for 12, microwave, dishwasher, and stove/oven. We also provide hand towels, dish and dishwasher liquid, and basic spices/seasonings.

The lower level, though unfinished, offers excellent entertainment options such as ping pong, darts, card games, puzzles, or simply relaxing on the sofa with a good book. Beach towels, extra rubber flip-flops, and a washer and dryer are also provided.

The lake itself is expansive and clean, with a sandy bottom, perfect for boating, jet skis, swimming, fishing, and floating.

Additional Amenities: Renters have access to two clubhouses with indoor and outdoor swimming pools, tennis and volleyball courts, fitness and weight rooms, as well as a pool table and air hockey table.

Dining: Enjoy local seafood restaurants and more, with grocery shopping nearby, or take advantage of Hannaford's delivery service for added convenience.

Location: Situated just two hours north of Boston, Lake Arrowhead is an 1100-acre lake located between Portland, Maine, and North Conway, NH. Known as one of Maine’s top trophy bass fishing lakes, the area offers hiking and biking trails, coastal beaches, and the Kittery Outlet Malls, all within easy reach.

Important Notes: We want to ensure your stay is as enjoyable as possible, and it’s important that your expectations and ours are aligned. While VRBO requires a reservation before direct communication, we believe a brief, personal conversation can make your vacation even better. A separate rental agreement will be required prior to your stay.

Please note, we’re located in one of the quietest, family-oriented coves on Lake Arrowhead, so we respectfully ask that noise be kept to a minimum. Large groups, parties, or events are not permitted. Renters must be at least 28 years old, and the home can accommodate no more than eight (8) people. Pets, smoking, and recreational drugs are strictly prohibited.
