Modern holiday home in a beautiful complex directly on the shore of Lake Garda, with pool and private garden. The complex is located directly on the beach, between Peschiera del Garda and Castelnuovo del Garda and has parking spaces in the complex and beautiful green areas.
The flat has 2 air-conditioned double bedrooms, a bathroom with shower, WC, bidet, living and dining room with access to the private garden with lake view! The kitchenette is fully equipped with dishwasher, fridge, cooking utensils, cooker and microwave. There is a Smart TV, a comfortable sofa and a large table inside as well as outside on the terrace. Here you can enjoy your holiday at any time of the day, thanks to the shading options. The pool is reached in a few metres and you can easily see it from the garden.
There is plenty of parking space inside the complex for free.
