We're looking at installing a rack inside the shower to hold shampoos etc. It's the small observations and recommendations from guests that we really value as we can try to create those home from home comforts. Thank you Lesley for such a great review. You caught Storm Ciaran so had a very wet and windy stay. I'm so pleased that you found the house warm and comfortable. The sun doesn't always shine in Tenby which is why we have fitted a wood burner and have super comfy beds and furniture for those winter breaks when you need to stay in for a while. We've tried to create a spacious environment which can accommodate everyone if you have to stay in, put your feet up and relax. The large dining table means everyone can stay in and eat together. We want our guests to have a great stay whatever the weather. Thanks for choosing to stay with us again.

Hi Jane. We are so happy that you thought the house almost exceptional! Thank you for giving us five stars in all areas. We really value guests taking the time to thoroughly review the house so we can constantly tweak what we do. It's important to us, as hosts, that guests enjoy their stay with us. Following your recommendations we have bought an additional light for the living room and reviewed the kitchen staples. We now leave a comprehensive larder of essentials such as cooking oils, cooking salt, salt and pepper mills for the table, herbs, spices, sauces and vinegars. All essentials when cooking for a large group! With regards to the bath towels, we used to provide these but we had large increases in the laundry costs which we did not want to pass onto our guests. Following guest feedback we decided to lower the overall cost of the rental and not provide bath towels (but kept the hand towels). However, we will review this with our guests over the coming months and get feedback to see if this is something that guests would prefer. The heating for the house is controlled by a hive heating system which is automatically programmed to come on in the morning for a few hours and again in the evening between 6pm and 10pm. This usually suits most guests requirements but we remain super responsive for our guests before and during their stay and will always change the heating schedule to accommodate our guests needs. We agree with you that the bedroom blinds in the top bedrooms do let in some light. The windows are exact replicas of the original Victorian Dorma windows (but double glazed) and are an awkward shape. All of the bedroom windows have blinds but we are currently looking at detachable velcro curtains which we can customise and leave in the bedroom drawer. These can then be used if guests want to fully black out the room. Thank you again for pointing out these minor niggles, we constantly achieve 5star reviews but are aiming for exceptional. Without feedback from guests we would be unable to achieve this high standard. You were fabulous guests and we would love to host you again. Best Wishes Rachael
