With a cosy bedroom with double bed and fitted wardrobes, a full bathroom, living room with sofa bed and Smart TV, fully equipped kitchen open to the living room and a spectacular and spacious terrace with barbecue, solarium and outdoor shower, where you can enjoy the sun, a delicious lunch, disconnect and relax. It has all kinds of amenities, also has a communal pool in the quiet residential complex in which it is located.

Strategically located in one of the most beautiful municipalities of the island, where you can enjoy its beaches and stroll among its dunes, perfect for a dream holiday in Gran Canaria.

The property has a fully equipped kitchen, fridge, oven, microwave, washing machine, Italian coffee machine, juicer, toaster, kettle, iron, bed linen and shower towels and much more.There are stairs to get to the apartment.

Check-in after 10:00 PM incurs an additional charge, which varies depending on the time of arrival.

On 24 and 31 December, there will be a €15 surcharge for check-in between 8 pm and 10 pm.

Good stay

2 less items are:- the top neighbour starting every night to make a lot of noise at about 1,30 AM. - after a few days the resort next to us installed a big white light to enlighten the whole sportcomplex. this light was pointed in our direction so it was disturbing. (could be fixed by facing it more downwards = more efficient too). Well equiped place with a nice garden.
