Sehr schöne, komfortable und saubere Ferienwohnung.Der Ausblick ist wunderschön und lädt zum Entspannen ein. Die Wohnung ist sehr komfortabel, ordentlich und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Besonders positiv fanden wir, dass wirklich alle benötigten Dinge vorhanden waren, sodass es uns an nichts gefehlt hat. Falls es kleine Probleme gab, waren Maria und Alberto jederzeit hilfsbereit und gut erreichbar. Parkplatz in hochsaison kann schwerig sein, wir haben aber meistens Glück gehabt. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und können die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

Aus der Wohnung gibt es ein wunderschöneren Blick auf das Meer und Sonnenaufgang. Wir waren zu Fünft über Silvester dort und haben sehr schöne Zeit verbracht. Zum Strand geht man ca 10 Minuten Berg runter. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und mehrere Restaurants gibt es in unmittelbarer Nähe.

Alles in allem OK

Die Wohnung ist etwas runtergerockt und braucht langsam eine Renovierung. Die Fotos in dem Inserat stammen wohl aus den besseren Zeiten. Aber wenn man gerade nicht das Haar in der Suppe suchen möchte, ist das in Ordnung. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet und liegt in einer ruhigen Siedlung (Abends hört Mann allerdings Disko aus dem in der Nähe liegenden Hotel, aber die sind spätestens bis elf oder Mitternacht damit fertig). Unten ist eine offene Küche und Wohnzimmer, oben - zwei separate Schlafzimmer und das Bad. Es gibt ein Gemeinschaftspool mit einer Bar. Wegen der Sauberkeit: als wir angekommen sind, waren in der Wohnung hier und da ein paar Mängel zu sehen, aber ich denke da hat der Putzdienst nur kurz gepennt, also nichts tragisches. Bis zur wunderbaren Playa de las Burras läuft man ca. 10 min- Treppen runter, dann über die Straße und an einem Einkaufszentrum vorbei (wer aber ein Auto hat, kauft lieber oben in San Fernando ein, ist wesentlich günstiger). Parken kann man praktisch vor der Tür. Der Vermieter ist nett, Kontakt hat immer gut geklappt. Allerdings wurde die Wohnung nun verkauft, aber die neue Vermieterin scheint auch nett zu sein. Also, alles in allem OK

Keine Luxuswohnung mehr

Müsste an vielen stellen schnellstens Renoviert werden. Siliconnähte im Bad , Fließen im Bad , Toilettenspülung , Sieht leider etwas verwohnt aus. Die Lage ist auch nichts für Fußfaule da immer reichlich Treppen vorhanden sind. Entspricht nicht alles dem Inserat.

Fenomenal

La ubicación genial, cerca de tiendas y de la playa y unas vistas impresionantes desde la terraza. Y sobre todo, muchas gracias a Gabriel, nos ayudó mucho a la llegada y estuvo pendiente en todo momento. Un anfitrión de 10!!

Super Apartment, gute Lage, toller Service

Ein geräumiges Apartment mit toller Aussicht auf das Meer, kurze Wege zum Strand, zum Einkaufen und Abends zum Essen im Shopcenter mit vielen verschiedenen Restaurants. Rauchen draußen auf verschiedenen Etagen möglich. Der Besitzer Gabriel Matos war immer erreichbar und hat jedes kleine Problem sofort erledigt, einfach super! Vielen Dank Gabriel !

Die Ferienwohnung hat alles notwendige, vor allem an elektrischen Geräten (Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine usw). Gute Lage, mit einer schönen Aussicht aufs Meer, nah zum Einkaufszentrum, Zutritt zum Pool, ca. 10 Geheminuten bis zum Sandstrand. Sehr freundliche Gastgeber. Wir haben uns gut erholt.

Erg fijn appartement

Netjes appartement dat van alle gemakken is voorzien. Wij hebben een erg fijn verblijf gehad. Enige minpuntjes: klein balkon (zitplaats voor 2 pers.) en het krappe aantal handdoeken. Badlakens voor het strand waren er ruim voldoende en er is een wasmachine dus geen onoverkomenlijk probleem. Attente gastheer. Prachtig uitzicht op de zee. Naar het strand lopen is wel een redelijke wandeling met veel trappen maar wij vonden het prima te doen!
