ABOUT CH CASA MARCO SIMONE LA MARQUESA<br>Tourist Licence Number: VT-497047-A<br>The house is located on the upper east side of the La Marquesa golf course, about 700 m from the clubhouse, which is surrounded by bars, restaurants, and a supermarket. The pleasant Recoral Park is also about 1 km away. The nearest town, Rojales, is about 4 km away, and the high street in Ciudad Quesada is about 4.5 km away. Although the La Marquesa golf course is nearby and within walking distance, we recommend using a car if you wish to get around.<br>The property is spread over 5 floors; the main entrance is on Level 3, which features an open and inviting living room with a dining area, a covered outdoor balcony overlooking the La Marquesa golf course, a well-equipped kitchen, and a guest bathroom. On the 4th level, you’ll find two bedrooms—one with a double bed and the other with two single beds—and a bathroom. On level 5, there’s a rooftop solarium if you’d like to sunbathe or enjoy the view. Heading back down to level 2, you’ll find an open space with two bunk beds and the master bedroom, which features a double bed and an en suite bathroom. The ground floor is where most of the action takes place, as the house features a 7x3 private pool and a very cool indoor and outdoor bar.<br>Please note that pets may be allowed upon request, depending on the type, size, and number. If accepted, additional fees may apply.<br>The property will be provided with sheets and towels for each bed and guest; please note that these are additional charges and are not included in the exit cleaning fee.
