The open plan kitchen/dining/living area leads to a spacious balcony with seating. East facing with beautiful sunrises.

Perfect location for enjoying all the city of Bath has to offer, leisurely countryside walks and canal path bike rides.

This popular Bath village lies in the Cotswolds between Bath and Freshford. A short 8 minute drive and you'll be in the centre of Bath. Only 2.4 miles (5 minute drive) to the University of Bath. Less than a mile to the Kennet and Avon Canal.

The house is split over 3 floors. The ground floor is an open plan kitchen, dining and living area which leads onto the balcony. The first floor has the master bedroom, second bedroom and bathroom. The lower ground floor is a second living room with a double sofa bed.

Huis met 3 slaapkamers met mooi uitzicht vlakbij Bath.

Het huis is charmant en gelegen in een heel klein dorpje met een mooi uitzicht op de Cotswolds. Parkeren is niet makkelijk in het hele smalle straatje maar met wat zoeken lukt het. De buren waren heel vriendelijk toen we arriveerden. Het huis ligt vlakbij Bath. Al bij al was het huis netjes. Slechts 1 toilet (en dan nog in de badkamer) was soms niet zo handig. In het tuintje was een klein tafeltje voor 2 personen. Buiten eten kon niet. Er was wel een zithoek met parasol waar het goed zitten was. Er was een wasmachine in de kelder waar ook een bed was.
