MALIS holiday home was completely renovated in 2023 and designed with an open living concept. The approx. 66 m2 small holiday home welcomes you with bright rooms, underfloor heating throughout the house, a winter garden to relax in and a private parking space. The property is fenced and also has a south-facing terrace and a lockable garden shed for at least 2 bicycles.

Equipped with a double bed in the bedroom and a 140x200 cm fold-out sofa bed with mattress in the living room, up to 4 people can sleep here.

You can also look forward to a fully equipped kitchen with a Nespresso coffee machine, oven, microwave, hob and refrigerator.

Both the living room and the bedroom have a flat screen TV with Netflix access.

The fountain of youth and thus the Bad Harzburg city center is approx. 700m away and can be reached on foot in 8 minutes.

Schöne FeWo, Ausstattung super, einzig eine konventionelle Filterkaffeemaschine haben wir vermisst. Sehr positiv aufgefallen ist der „Räumungsservice“ nach Schneefall am Morgen. Als wir aufgestanden sind war bereits der Schnee geschoben worden.

Sehr schön eingerichtet Wintergarten schön, leider der Ausblick nicht da die Häuser sehr dicht beieinander liegen.Ansonsten sehr gute Ausgangslage zum Wandern.

Tolles Ferienhaus. sehr schön eingerichtet

Die Lage ist perfekt, um direkt eine Wanderung zu starten, in die Fußgängerzone zu kommen und auch zur Therme ist es nicht weit. Wir waren zum zweiten Mal zu Dritt im Häuschen und haben uns wieder sehr wohl gefühlt

Perfektes Häuschen

So ein sauberes Ferienhaus hatten wir noch nie! Die Ausstattung und die Lage sind super, man ist nach einem kurzen Spaziergang im Zentrum und findet dort den ganzen Tag Unterhaltung. Bad Harzburg ist ein sehenswerter Ort mit freundlichen Bewohner.

Ruhig und doch zentral gelegenes Ferienhaus mit moderner Ausstattung

Eine Woche mit zwei Personen und unserem Hund in Bad Harzburg war ein wunderschöner Herbsturlaub. Das Ferienhaus bietet alles, was man für einen Urlaub braucht. Wir haben bei schönem Wetter auch im Oktober noch die Sonne im Garten genossen und uns über die neuwertigen Gartenstühle sehr gefreut. Toll ist auch der Wintergarten, mit dem das Wohnzimmer erheblich erweitert werden kann. In nur 10 Minuten waren wir zu Fuß in der Bummelallee und in einer Std auf dem Burgberg. Klare Empfehlung!

Innerhalb von nur 10 Minuten waren wir zu Fuß in der Bummelallee von Bad Harzburg und in knapp einer Stunde erreicht man den Burgberg. Diese ruhige und doch zentrale Lage macht das Ferienhaus zu einem idealen Standort, wenn man nicht ständig mit dem Auto fahren möchte. Wir und unser Hund haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt in Malis Ferienhaus und können diese Unterkunft empfehlen.

Schöne Wohnung in bester Lage

Wohnung ist schön und durchdacht eingerichtet. In ruhiger, jedoch bester Lage. Bummelpassage und Attraktionen um den Burgberg sind fußläufig zu erreichen.

Sehr zu empfehlen

Wir waren für 2 Wochen im Ferienhaus und sehr zufrieden. Es liegt nahe der Bummelallee und daher ist alles gut fußläufig zu erreichen. Die Ausstattung war sehr gut durchdacht und es fehlte nichts. Besonders angenehm war das Check-in und -out, die Abläufe sind sehr flexibel. Unsere Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich, bemüht und gut erreichbar. Den Wintergarten und die Regendusche haben wir besonders genossen.

Das Häuschen ist ganz stylisch eingerichtet mit Liebe zu Detail. Wir haben absolut nichts vermisst. Alles war super sauber und gemütlich. Wir haben uns willkommen gefühlt.❤️
