The approx. 66 m2 small holiday home welcomes you with bright rooms, underfloor heating throughout the house, a winter garden to relax in and a private parking space. The property is fenced and also has a south-facing terrace and a lockable garden shed for at least 2 bicycles.
Equipped with a double bed in the bedroom and a 140x200 cm fold-out sofa bed with mattress in the living room, up to 4 people can sleep here.
You can also look forward to a fully equipped kitchen with a Nespresso coffee machine, oven, microwave, hob and refrigerator.
Both the living room and the bedroom have a flat screen TV with Netflix access.
The fountain of youth and thus the Bad Harzburg city center is approx. 700m away and can be reached on foot in 8 minutes.
