Seaside Stay with the Sauna

At the end of a quiet cul-de-sac near Havnsø Strand, you will find this holiday home, newly built in 2023, with an outdoor sauna for relaxation and wellness. (The hot tub shown in the photos and floor plan is defective and currently unavailable!) Here, quality, comfort, and tasteful furnishings are equally impressive. From the front door, you enter the hallway with access to a bathroom with underfloor heating, a washing machine, a dryer, a room with a double bed, and a second room with bunk beds. Open and well-equipped kitchen connected to the dining area. Living room with alcove and access to the bedroom with double bed. The living room has a TV that can be used to stream your own TV providers via the house's internet connection. The large windows and sliding doors allow plenty of light into the living room. In front of it is a 13 m² covered terrace area with lounge chairs. From the kitchen, you also have access to the open terrace with garden furniture, sun loungers, and a gas grill. Undisturbed by the neighbors, you can enjoy the outdoor sauna area in peace while the children have fun on the garden trampoline (use at your own risk). The sandy beach is only a 5-minute walk away via a path. Havnsø is a small harbor town with daily ferry connections to Sejerø and Nekselø. The town has shopping facilities, restaurants, and a popular ice cream parlor. No rentals to youth or tradesmen groups!A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters
