Absolut super und zu empfehlen

Ein absolut schönes Appartement zum Wohlfühlen und perfekt für längere Aufenthalte. Es ist alles da, was man sich vorstellen kann. Laura war sehr fürsorglich und bei Fragen sofort ansprechbar. Checkout würde sehr kulant gehandhabt. Die Gegend ist ruhig und besteht aus Ferienwohnungen. Keine typische Touristenhochburg, was wir sehr angenehm fanden. Pool und Dachterrasse unschlagbar. Sehr schöner Aufenthalt.

Beautiful Apartment, clean tidy & home from home

A wonderful clean tidy & fully equipped apartment. Beautifully decorated & with everything you’d need for a holiday. Wonderful view from the terrace & rooftop solarium. Easily in walking distance of the main town & fantastic bus service. The owners communication was amazing & always at the end of the phone if needed.

Gostamos muito desta experiência. O apartamento é muito confortável e muito bem localizado, perto da praia e de supermercado. Os espaços exteriores são muito agradáveis, onde fizemos todas as refeições e passamos belos momentos em família. A piscina é ótima e com jardins bem tratados. Fomos muito bem recebidos pelo Paco. Torrequebrada at its best.

My Wife and l stayed in Pedro’s apartment for 28 nights 18/5/22-15/6/22. Everything we needed was catered for and the welcome pack of fresh fruit, shampoo, bottle of water etc was much appreciated. We loved the fact that the apartment is in a mainly residential area and it was quiet. Lovely swimming pool. Local bus service is very easy to use (get the discount card from a Tabac) so much so, we didn’t hire a car. We were welcomed by Paco and Isabel and shown around the apartment and route to the swimming pool. In 40 years of travel, this apartment is the best we have had in Europe. Will we go again? Yes, God willing. Thank you Pedro, Isabel and Paco.

Schöner Urlaub mit Meerblick

Es ist eine sehr schöne Wohnung. Sauber und mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Herzliche Übergabe und es würde alles erklärt. Auch die Nähe zum Supermarkt oder zu den Bushaltestelle ist positiv zu erwähnen. Wenn wir nochmal in die Gegend fahren würden, würden wir die Wohnung wieder buchen.

Aangenaam verbijf in Pedro's appartement

Paco wachtte ons op op het afgesproken uur. Het appartement is rustig gelegen en heeft alle nodige voorzieningen. Blijkbaar is het interieur opgefrist, maar er staan volgens ons nog foto's uit het verleden op de side. De terrassen zijn ruim, de witte tafel en stoelen kunnen een likje verf gebruiken. De 2 ligstoelen zijn nieuw. Er is vlakbij een Mercadona, een apotheek en een bazar. De bushaltes voor Malaga, Torremolinos, Arroyo de la Miel, Benalmadena Pueblo en Fuengirola zijn ook vlakbij. Als je van het uitgangsleven en terrasjes houdt moet je wel een goede wandeling doen of met de bus/auto gaan. Wandelen kan ook maar je moet wel een beetje klimmen. Pedro antwoordde onmiddellijk als we een vraag hadden en alles werd opgelost.

Perfect place for a holiday

My wife and I stayed here for 10 days and it couldn't have been more perfect. The apartment was spotlessly clean and has everything you need, from the washing machine and iron to the little things like shampoo and shower gel. The roof terrace is ideal for topping up the tan with 2 parasols for when the sun gets a bit too much. The kitchen is well equipped, allowing us to cook a meal before enjoying it on the lower terrace, watching the sun set behind the mountains. A big thank you to Pedro, who was very helpful at all stages of our enquiry and stay and also to Isabel for showing us around the apartment. Would definitely recommend

Que du bonheur !

Un accueil très chaleureux de Isabel et Paco. Merci à eux pour leur gentillesse. L'appartement est conforme au descriptif. Très propre et très bien équipé. Rien ne manquait !La piscine est très agréable et très propre ainsi que les parties communes. Il y a effectivement une plage accessible à pieds mais nous allions souvent à celle un peu plus loin (5 mn en voiture) pour louer des transats. (Parking à 1 euro). Exceptionnel

Proche de la mer (il faut aimer les côtes puisque vous aurez à marcher pour y aller) mais c'était parfait pour nous. Les terrasses sont superbes et bien aménager même si le bbq est un peu loin. La piscine est super agréable et tout est bien pour les enfants. Je recommande sans hésitation cet appartement. Seul bémol , seulement bien vous informer pour l'adresse nous avons eu de la difficulté à trouver l'appartement.

Schöne Wohnung

eine schöne Wohnung, alles sehr sauber und ordentlich, alles vorhanden. Was für uns enttäuschend war, trotz Sat-TV hatten wir kein deutschsprachiges Fernsehprogramm. wir hatten in 4 Wochen Urlaub ca. 2,5 Wochen sehr kühles und windiges Wetter, sodass wir nicht draußen sitzen konnten, da war das schon sehr schlecht. Die wunderschöne Dachterrasse konnten wir wegen des kalten Wetters leider auch nicht nutzen. Wir haben uns trotzdem sehr gut erholt.

Tolles Apartement in einer schönen gepflegten Anlage in guter Lage

Wir waren zu dritt im tollen Apartment und zwar im September 2018. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit,das Apartment liegt in einer eher ruhigen Gegend,daß einzige was teilweise etwas Lärm verursacht sind die Hunde der Nachbarschaft. Es ist ein Katzensprung zum Mercadona Supermarkt. Wir hatten für unseren Urlaub einen Mietwagen gebucht und hatten dadurch auch nie das Problem das wir irgendwelche Entfernungen nicht überbrücken hätten können. Der Strand wäre quasi auch gut zu Fuß zu erreichen,wir ziehen jedoch den Strand in Fuengirola vor und sind dann mit dem Auto dorthin gefahren. Das Auto kann man wunderbar in der Tiefgarage parken welche zum Apartment gehört. Zugehörig zum Apartment gibt es einen schönen Pool,dieser ist sehr gepflegt und wir täglich sauber gemacht,auch die Grünanlage ist in einem tadellosen gepflegten Zustand. Uns hat es an nix gefehlt,das Apartment ist ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht,Töpfe,Pfannen,Geschirr und Besteck sind in ausreichender Menge vorhanden. Kurzum das Apartment ist uneingeschränkt zu empfehlen,sollten wir wieder nach Benalmadena fahren ist Pedro unser erster Ansprechpartner. Ach ja absolut Klasse fanden wir das man einen Obstteller sowie eine Flasche Wasser bei unserer Ankunft für uns bereitgestellt hatte. Muchas Gracias Pedro,Paco und Isabel

Magnifique sejour

Magnifique séjour dans cet appartement situé à quelques centaines de metres de la plage de Torrequebrada. Très propre et conforme au descriptif. Il y a un supermarché juste à 5 minutes à pied ainsi qu un coiffeur et une pharmacie. Si vous n avez pas de voiture, le bus est à 500m a pied pour vous amener à Benalmadena Costa. Quartier très soigné et calme hormis cependant les chiens des voisins qui ont aboye tous les matins de 6h à 12h non stop. A part ça que des points positifs avec deux très belles terrasses. Merci Pedro et à l Année prochaine.

appartement tres bien équipé mais avec relativement peu de commerces proches a pied

Tres bon rapport qualité prix. Propriétaire fiable et couple qui nous accueille tres gentil bien que ne parlant pas vraiment anglais.Il faut savoir que la piscine n'est pas accessible avec l'ascenceur seulement, il y a encore environ 2 etages d'escaliers ensuite.

Penthouse is voortreffelij

Pedro reageert altijd zeer snel als je iets wil weten of vragen hebt. Het penthouse heeft echt alles wat je nodig hebt. CD speler werkte niet, gemaild en de volgende dag werd er door Paco en zijn zoon een andere gebracht en geïnstalleerd, klasse. Mijn partner was door ligbed gezakt en Pedro heeft er voor gezorgd dat er zo snel mogelijk een nieuwe werd gebracht door Isabel en Paco. Isabel spreekt alleen Spaans, maar we konden toch goed communiceren met haar, want zij gebruikte haar i-pad met spraakvertaler. Goede vondst als de housekeeper geen of slecht een andere taal spreekt. Alles vonden wij perfect. Eén tip Pedro: de tafel en stoelen op het dakterras zijn wel toe aan een nieuw verfje.

Magnifique séjour

Que dire, un appartement très bien conçu, tout confort (clim,wifi,frigo, machine à laver), deux supers terrasses avec vue sur mer, un accès à la piscine et une place de parking privé. De plus, un accueil chaleureux (fruits, eau fraiche, gel douche, ...). Aux alentours, plages, commerces et restaurants. Pas d'hésitation à avoir sur cet appartement. Lovely place!!! Absolutely recommend!!!

Together with my friends (4 adults and 2 child 8&11 years old), we stayed in Pedro apartment one week and it was great time. Absolutely everything was ok! Two bedrooms plus sofa bed in living room, is enough to comfortable stay for two family as ours. Apartment and all places around like eg. pool was very clean. Flat was fully equipment for everything what we needed, especially in bathroom when we found shampoon/shower gel, pool towels etc. View from balcony and roof tarace was spectacular, we spent there a lot of night hours :-). Pedro/Isabel/Paco thanks a lot for great holiday and again so sorry for umbrella :-(

Absolutely perfect!

Our family stayed at Pedro's flat for a month and it was perfect. With 2 very young children the apartment had everything we needed. It was very clean and the double terrace was the absolute highlight. Our family dinners overlooking The Mediterranean was picture perfect. Thank you Pedro, Paco and Isabel for making our family vacation absolutely amazing.

Enjoyable stay

We stayed in Pedros apartment for 6 weeks in Jan/Feb and enjoyed the location and the views from the apartment terraces.Pedro is a very accommodating person and communicates very quickly with any questions asked.Our family came out to join us for a week and Pedro ensured that we had everything we needed to accommodate 4 adults and 2 children.We would recommend this apartment to anyone wishing to stay in this area as the local transportation system (metro & buses) is all at hand to get you to all the tourist places in Andalucia. Thanks again to Pedro for letting us have this apartment for 6 weeks.

Erholsamer Urlaub

Wir haben uns im Internet die Ferienwohnung ausgesucht und obwohl wir kaum spanisch oder englische Sprachkenntnisse haben, hat es keine Kommunikationsprobleme (Pedro antwortete in deutsch) gegeben. Wir wurden bei unserer Ankunft von Isabel und Paco sehr freundlich empfangen und in alles eingewiesen. Die Wohnung war wie beschrieben gut und bis ins Detail sehr wohnlich und sauber ausgestattet. Durch die gute Lage war der Strand, die Bushaltestelle und der Supermarkt schnell erreichbar. Wir haben 8 Wochen einen sehr schönen und ruhigen Urlaub verlebt und weil es uns so gut gefallen hat, werden wir im nächsten Jahr wiederkommen. Wir können diese schöne Ferienwohnung weiterempfehlen. Lækker lejlighed

Virkelig lækker lejlighed. Her er alt, hvad man brug, og alting fungerer. Lejligheden er så pæn og ren, og den er lækker indrettet. To dejlige balkoner med fine møbler, hvoraf den er på taget med udsigt til havet på den ene side og bjerge på den anden side. Super godt og stabilt WIFI. Det var to søde mennesker, som tog i mod os, og viste os, hvordan tingene fungere.....og de havde stillet frisk frugt til os i køleskabet. Der er gode parkeringsforhold i parkeringskælderen. Lejligheden ligger lidt væk fra byen, så det er en fordel at have bil med....men der ligger et supermarked ikke så langt derfra. Vi kan kun anbefale denne lejlighed....og vi overvejer at komme igen næste år.
