Fantastic for two to four persons

We had a wonderful stay. Everything is just cozy. 🤗 The communication with the owner is top class. The distance to everything is a little bit long without a car. But Taxa is not expensive. The indoor space is small and a little bit old , especially the kitchen is small BUT with max four persons it’s perfect Thank you Patty for a wonderful stay

Nice appartment with a wonderful roof terrace

We have enjoyed our stay in the appartment very much. We have been there from mid january for 4 weeks. For 2 or 3 people it is ideal. And for combining work and holiday also good, because internet was fast and stable.The pictures give a good image, everything you need is there. For us it was a little bit difficult to find the place, because it was dark, but Barbara was there! It is more convenient if you have a car, for shopping, to reach the beach and explore andalusia. What made it special: the contact with Patty & Thierry was super good and very involved, also they gave us tips for our stay. After you have find your way to the traditional spiral staircase you have a wonderful view; on the roofterrace there is plenty of space and you'll enjoy the sun untill the evening! Thx Patty & Thierry, and we are looking forward to stay at your appartment again. With Love, Els & Marcel

Disappointing

Our first impression was that the property seemed smaller than it appeared on photographs, the photographer has done a good job of making it look stunning. The kitchen was very small and inadequate, no available food preparation area. The bathroom would benefit from a little TLC, tiles and shower screen were a little neglected. The bed was ‘strange’ it felt like we were sleeping on a trampoline, as one of us moved the other was bounced around! and the pillows (or cushions to be precise) were far too small and soft. There is a hairdryer but no electrical socket near to the huge mirror which made things a bit difficult. We stayed at the beginning of February and found the apartment very cold as it didn’t benefit from the sun, there is a heater in dining area but it wasn’t very efficient. The best part of the property was the large solarium, but again, the photographer managed to make it look all sparkly and luxurious which it isn’t, there was no way I would have put any food on the barbecue, and bringing food and drinks up and down the spiral staircase is not ideal. The area is very hilly, difficult at first but you do get used to it, there is an excellent supermarket and regular bus service (within hilly walking distance) not many places to eat and drink unless you take a long walk or a bus ride into main town.

Hi Christine, We are very surprised that you have been disappointed by the penthouse. It is true that without sun the terrace is less attractive is clear. For the apartment part we do not understand how cold you were. The air conditioning is reversible and it works very well. We sent you 3 emails to find out if everything was going on during your holidays. You did not answer us, only about changing new bath towels. We believe that you have only used the electric heater that is used just for the shower or in the bedrooms.

La procédure d'accueil était parfaite, instructions claires, envois d'informations pertinentes. Aucun problèmes avec le logements et la terrasse est effectivement superbe. Juste un bémol, je pense que l'ajout de ventilateurs de plafonds dans les chambres seraient un plus car la soi-disant clim de la chambre est invivable (surtout que c'est abordable https://www.create-store.com/fr/2401-acheter-ventilateurs-de-plafond ).La résidence est calme, relaxante et super bien entretenue (comme tout en Espagne).Comme d'autres commentaires, parking un peu difficile, mais il suffit de marcher un peu (un parking dans la résidence serait un gros avantages, surtout pour se protéger du soleil et ne pas avoir des voitures surchauffées).Cuisine assez petite mais il y a plus que le nécessaire en vaisselle !

Fijn verblijf

Wij hebben een fijn verblijf gehad. Het appartement ligt in een rustige woonwijk buiten het centrum. Met de auto is alles snel bereikbaar. Parkeren op straat, parkeren soms lastig. Het appartement is compact. Fijne bedden.Dakterras is bereikbaar via smalle wenteltrap, maar zeker de moeite waard. Goede communicatie met eigenaar.

Wohnung am Rande der Stadt

Die Wohnung lag weit weg von der Stadt. Man musste immer mit dem Auto fahren. Sauber war es. Die Terrasse auf dem Dach war nur über eine enge Treppe zu erreichen. Leider war das Wetter so schlecht, wir haben sie nur einmal genutzt.

Die Terasse ist der Hammer!

Wir haben den Aufenthalt in dem Appartement sehr genossen, insbesondere die Abende auf der Dachterrasse. Die Ausstattung war komplett in Ordnung, nichts war defekt oder unbrauchbar. Von hier aus lassen sich gut Ausflüge in die Umgebung organisieren, ein PKW erscheint uns aber sinnvoll. Patty und Therry haben uns im Vorfeld mit Infos zu Sehenswürdigkeiten und Lokalitäten versorgt, der Kontakt war ausgesprochen nett! In Summe absolut empfehlenswert.

Wundervolle Dachterrasse

Der abendliche Sonnenuntergang auf der oberen Terrasse war ein Traum. Super freundliche Vermieter und zu jederzeit erreichbar. Wir haben es sehr genossen. Für gehbehinderte oder ältere Menschen ist es eher ungeeignet, allerdings gibt es einen Aufzug um zur Wohnung im 2. Stock zu gelangen. Das Appartement liegt an einem Hang und bietet inmitten der Berge einen herrlichen Blick auf das Meer. Die umliegende Gegend ist mit einem Auto gut erreichbar und bietet viele Möglichkeiten für Ausflüge, die Strände sind mit Kurzer Fahrtzeit erreichbar und kostenlose Parkplätze sind reichlich vorhanden. Ich kann die Unterkunft jedem empfehlen, der mobil ist und auf Erkundungstour gehen möchte.

Magnifique Penthouse

Nous avons séjourné 11 nuits ds la penthouse de PATRICIA y Thierry.Nous avons particulièrement apprécié le ROOFTOP et sa vue à 360,sa petite cuisine,son salon d'été...Tout y est pour passé de bonnes soirées! De plus nos hôtes ont été très réactifs et arrangeants.

Ein tolles Appartement mit grandioser Aussicht

Der Aufenthalt in den Ferienwohnung war sehr entspannend. Die Anreise und der Empfang haben sehr gut geklappt. Die Vermieter haben sich total bemüht und immer mal wieder (aber unaufdringlich) nachgefragt ob alles ok ist und oder wir Fragen haben. Die Dachterrasse war natürlich das Highlight. Die Wohnung hat alles was man braucht. Wir können die Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen.
