The space
This property is in a residential neighborhood, so you may experience normal neighborhood sounds like kids playing and dogs barking.
Guests may encounter occasional ants, roaches, mosquitoes, and other insects/pets, particularly during warmer months, as they are part of this area’s natural environment. We strive to coexist with nature while keeping the property clean and comfortable.
Please note that a neighboring property has A dog that may bark from time to time
Other things to note
Disclosures:
Barking dogs:
We have put the following in place to try to ensure your peaceful stay.
1. We have placed multiple sound/bark activated ultrasonic sound devices outside to deter this, as well as a remote (located in the master bedroom) for on-demand activation
2. Privacy netting in the yard
3. White noise machines in the bedrooms
4. Earplugs in the primary bedroom
Pests:
We strive to maintain a pest-free environment, but please be aware that our area can be prone to mosquitoes, ants, roaches, and other insects/pests, especially during the warmer times of the year. We are scheduled for regular monthly pest control treatments and take measures to minimize pest entry, but encountering them is a possibility. We appreciate your understanding that this is a natural occurrence in our region, and we will do our best to address any concerns promptly.
