Smooth check-in process and nice modern flat, one block to the promenade and beach. Ideally located for nice walks to Old Town/Mt. Urgull, the Gros neighborhood/Mt Ulia or to Miramar Palace and Mt Igeldo. Dynamic town. Great Pintxo bars and food. Shout out to Bar Valles, Antonio Boulevard Bar/Terrace as well as Curdelón. The latter a great place to sit at the bar and enjoy tappas and some great national wines. We were lucky to have sommelier suggest some wines!, Recommend reading The Basque History of the World by Mark Kurlansky and visit the Basque Maritime museum to more fully appreciate their extraordinary history and spirit.

This property is beautiful and in a fantastic location by the beach. Our only complaint was the lack of AC as we were there when it very hot. There were fans in the property and the host was very easy to communicate with.

The apartment was clean and nice inside. Please note, if you're traveling when it will be warm outside, the apartment does not have air conditioning. There is only a French press coffee maker as well. Since it was still warm out when we visited we slept with the windows open to get some cool air and the street can be really noisy. From the apartment, you're close to shopping and about 10-15 minutes to old town where we went every evening for dinner. There is a speakeasy bar down the street from the apartment which is great!! Go to Atari for dinner!!! Soo good and they had a variety of pintxos that other restaurants did not have.

Perfect place and location

My wife and two kids really enjoyed this apartment. It was clean, well furnished and roomy for the four of us. And the location was unbeatable. We were a block from the beach and a 15 minute walk to old town for food. I’d come back again here in a heartbeat.

Amazing Apartment

We had the best stay at this great clean, quiet and centrally located apartment. The location cannot be beat. Literally a two minute walk to the beach. It is close to shops and restaurants and is also a short walk to Old Town. Highly recommended for your visit to San Sebastián.

Nice location near the beach. Nice apartment with lots of space in a slightly shabby street. On the first floor with a lift up. The agent was very helpful and quick to respond when we had a problem with the internet.

I would make one suggestion. An extra comfy chair in the living room since the apartment can be for 4 people and there is really only room for 3 in the living room if you dont want to squish on the couch. We used a kitchen chair so it was fine.

Wonderful stay in San Sebastián

The hosts of this property were extremely personable, helpful, and responsive to questions and inquiries. The apartment is spacious and remodeled to near perfection. Bathrooms and kitchen completely modern and extremely useful. Easy walk to Concha Beach Walk, downtown, and not too far to Old Town. The building is advertised as smokeless; and it is (not always the case in the Basque). Check out the bar out the front door, left down the street, up the steps at the curve. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Would return!

Quiet, roomy and excellent location

Great stay with photos and description very accurate. We had a great time in San Sebastián and the apartment was a great base for our group. Everything was wonderful. The second bedroom was on the smallish side and is probably more appropriate for two children vs two adults. As the room was only used for one adult in our case, it was perfectly adequate. There is a clothesline in a central court readily accessible by a private door so the unit would be great for a long term stay. All amenities and living are were as described. Great unit! Would most definitely stay there again.

The property was clean, modern, and only blocks from La Concha beach. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the area and at the property. One thing to note is that there is not a clothes dryer in the unit so we had to be creative about drying our clothes - due to the time of the year it took a long time for items to dry by air. This was a small inconvenience though. I would definitely recommend this property and would stay here again. Thanks for a great stay!

Muy buen piso

El apartamento es muy cómodo y completamente equipado. Recientemente reformado y muy bien ubicado. Es un edificio antiguo a una cuadra de la playa de las conchas. Muy buen servicio, totalmente recomendable. Debería tener 2 juegos de toallas por baño y agregaría almohadas más cómodas y suaves ya que las que hay son algo duras.
