Beautiful Beach Front Condo on 6th Floor with Gorgeous Sunsets!

Beautiful 6th floor beach front condo at Emerald Beach Resort! The condo is 800 square feet done in a relaxing beach theme with a matching color scheme throughout. It features a spacious master with a king bed which has a memory foam mattress, perfect for complete relaxation! It has a large dresser with a 32 inch tv and a set of night stands which makes for plenty of room to unpack your belongings! There is a set of bunk beds, with memory foam mattresses, in the nook which allows for kids to have their own space to relax (children under 10 only allowed to sleep on the top bunk bed). If you need more space, there is a queen pull out sofa with a memory foam mattress in the family room. There is laundry closet in the hallway with a washer and dryer. The kitchen has everything you will need including granite counters, dishwasher, microwave, range and full sized fridge. There are 4 bar stools to eat at as well as a kitchen table. The family room features a full sized couch which pulls out to a queen bed, a love seat and chair. There is a 50 inch 4k flat screen TV with streaming capabilities and a DVD player. There is a large balcony with seating to enjoy the gorgeous views!

Emerald Beach Resort amenities include:

1 Adult couple or families only. Minimum age to rent is 25 and proof of age will be required. The renter must occupy the unit during stay, so no renting units for other people. If this is found to be the case, you will be removed from the unit, no refund and will forfeit the damage deposit.

Additional info:

1. Final reservation details will be given 48 hours prior to reservation (door code, parking passes, garage code ect)

2. Check in time is 4 PM CST

3. Check out time is 10 AM CST

4. $2000 security deposit (only taken if there is damage to the unit).

5. $165 cleaning fee

6. $25 Parking fee per stay, collected separately after booking. You will be given a link to register your car and to pay the fee.

7. 13% tax

8. Entire balance due at time of booking

9. This is a NON SMOKING unit. Please do not smoke or vape inside or on the balcony. If the unit smells of smoke upon inspection there is an additional $300 cleaning fee and forfeiture of the $2000 damage deposit.

Kitchen is nice and updated check in and parking are terrible ALL bedding and furniture need to thrown out and updated!!!!

It is exactly like the pictures and description, so Im not sure what youre going on about. You trashed my condo in the 3 nights you were there. You had more people in there than you were supposed to. You smoked cigarettes and weed in my condo. You took down the smoke detectors. You never once took out trash tbe entire time you stayed. You literally dropped trash where you stood and left it and the can and fridge were never cleaned or taken out. You allowed a child to PAINT one of my kitchen bowls. Youre just upset that you didnt get your damage deposit back. Please feel free NOT to come back. I have many pictures of how you ledt my condo for the record.

The unit was great. It could use a better mattress but otherwise it was perfect. The resort though allows people to set up tents in front of the beach chairs. And they start setting up at literally 5:30am. This is backwards from anywhere I’ve ever been. People should be aware before they choose this resort.

This is our second time staying at this resort, first time in this particular condo. Everything was perfect, and it was probably one of cleanest condos we've ever rented. Everything was 100%, we will definitely choose to stay here again.

Great Beach Getaway!

Very nice condo..

This was one of my favorite places I have stayed in PCB. We were not able to change the channel on the living room TV and the slider to the balcony was very hard to open other than that it was a very enjoyable stay. Very impressed with the elevators for such a big resort.

Great place

This day was absolutely amazing. Everything that's pictured on the site is what you see is what you get. I hope to be staying there again sometime. The whole place was just fantastic great location great access to the beach the patio setting on the beach I fell asleep on the patio twice on the 6th floor because it was so relaxing. It's a great place to do a recharge from work and that's exactly what I did. Can't say enough great things about the place.

In town for baseball tournament

Jody was a fantastic owner. Answered my questions promptly, and gave us everything we needed for check in and check out. The condo was the perfect size for the two of us. When we weren't sitting on the beach, we enjoyed sitting on the balcony people watching and listening to the waves.

Property was great, long walks to the vehicle and loading and uploading the vehicle due to distance and up and down elevators. Otherwise perfect.

Almost all condos in PCB have a walk to the parking garages since most are on the other side of the road. A skybridge to get across the street is a simple way to get to the garage without having to cross the road. To unload your car, you're welcome to use the drive through drop off on the same side of the road as the condos. There is also a luggage drop off on the garage side 3rd floor which is also convienently located. I'm sorry you felt the need to give me 3 stars simply because of having to walk across a skybridge to get to parking when everything else was great.

Summer Vacation

The unit was wonderful! View was spectacular! Only issue were the elevators. They had only 2 working and getting to the room was a challenge at times. We did however love the room and view!
