The space
The house is one of the few Semi detached homes in the area, offering that little extra space in this incredibly convenient and pretty location.
The whole house has 3 bedrooms - one of which you are welcome to use as a home office. The kitchen is very well stocked with numerous kitchen appliances.
You will have access to all cupboard and crockery and are welcome to use of the fridge.

Guest access
The house is very conveniently located just a 25 min walk from Reading station (with a ridiculously large number of transport options) and also Caversham town centre with all it's amenities. There are also a couple of different bus stops at the end of the road.

Other things to note
Please note that this is a quiet residential area, with lots of young families and elderly people, so would ask you to be considerate if you come home late at night.
There is only one key so if you have people returning at different times you will need to coordinate this amongst yourselves.
