Have fun with the whole family and friends at this stylish Boutique style detached stone built holiday home - brand new for 2023! Close to Sneaton castle half mile from dog friendly beach. Close to North Yorkshire Moors the beach and Grosmont and Goathland.

The space
Enter the hallway take off your coat and shoes and enter into the well equipped kitchen and dine at the farmhouse table which sits 8 people, gorgeous quirky boutique lounge with smart tv fast broadband and patio doors to the garden

The spacious hall with a downstairs loo has stairs which lead to the first floor bedrooms.

Bed 1 has a fabulous balcony where you can drink your morning coffee and also has an en-suite. This bed is a king size bed and the furniture is shaker style.

Bed 2 has a super king bed with wall panelling and shaker style furniture.

The family bathroom with shower over is on this floor.

More stairs lead to the 2nd floor which has the front bedroom with a far sea view and a view of the Abbey to the right. It has 2 single beds which can either be pushed together or be separate. There is a single futon bed which is suitable for children and teenagers.

The rear bedroom has 2 single beds, countryside views over the North Yorkshire Moors and a single futon bed.

There is parking for 2 cars on the front of the house.

HOT TUB HIRE - £250 PER WEEK £200 for the weekend *subject to availability from local hire company

The house is built in the grounds of Sneaton Castle which is 2 minutes walk away and hosts weddings, has a fab garden restaurant and bar - we are half mile from the dog friendly beach and 1 mile from Whitby Centre which is around a 10-15 minute walk
