Enjoy your vacation in this 2400 sq ft private home located on the famous Eagle River Chain. The home features a large great room, wood burning fireplace, three bedrooms, two bathrooms, walkout lower level and a well equipped kitchen. Enjoy cook outs on the large deck overlooking the water, or just relax and appreciate the nature that surrounds you.

This peaceful private wooded lot has 189 ft. of frontage on Voyager Lake and is conveniently located close to town and some of the area’s finest restaurants. Enjoy relaxing or fishing off the large pier. If you're a boater a 2007 20 foot Sylvan pontoon boat with 40hp four-stroke outboard is available for rental. Winter activities include snowmobiling, snowshoeing, and skiing.

All tenants will be responsible for recycling their garbage, if for some reason items are not recycled there will be a $100.00 charge deducted from the damage deposit. Garbage is picked up every Wednesday morning, please put the bins out the night before to ensure pick up. Beacon towels are not provided, please bring your own.

Perfect escape from reality

We had an absolutely wonderful stay. The perfect place to spend the day on the pontoon boat, nights by the fire pit, and a great night sleep in comfortable beds. We can’t wait to come back!

An amazing week was had by all

I can't begin to put in words what an amazing trip we had! The lake house and property were amazing. The weather could not have been better. Our host made sure everything was perfect for us upon our arrival! The deer greated us every morning and late afternoon. You will not be disappointed when you stay at this lake front property. Whether you are snowmobiling in the winter, enjoying the sun and water in the summer or enjoying the beautiful fall colors in October you will not be disappointed.

Our stay at your beautifu...

Our stay at your beautiful home in Eagle River was unforgettable. The convenience of how close you are to the best restaurants and going to town is perfect. And to be able to snowmobile right out the back door was great for us avid snowmobilers, but sitting around the fire pit at night and listening to the loon's in the morning was the best. Thank you so much for sharing your home. We can't wait to go back.
