The house is located in a nice residential area and consists of two floors with a basement. On the entrance floor you will find a generous kitchen with access to the garden, a large dining room for pleasant dinners that connects to a cozy balcony with a view of Lake Ösbysjön. Nice and relaxing living room, bedroom and a guest toilet. Upstairs, you are welcomed by a bright open hall that connects to a romantic master bedroom with a double bed and beautifully slatted windows facing Lake Ösbysjön. There are two more bedrooms with a single bed in each room. Upstairs there is also a beautifully renovated wc and a separate shower room. In the basement, which you reach between the kitchen and hall, there is a spacious laundry room. If you book bedlinnens a towel is complimentary. Lake Ösbysjön, only about 50 meters away, gives you an unbeatable proximity to swimming, a kiosk, volleyball games and nice walking paths.
