We feel incredibly lucky to call Mill Meadows Farm our home—a truly unique property tucked away in a peaceful corner of London’s green belt. Sharing it with guests brings us real joy, and many return year after year, which is the greatest compliment.
We value mutual respect: for our home, our animals, our family, and our neighbours. In return, we offer you the chance to slow down, reconnect, and make lasting memories—whether you’re enjoying alfresco dinners, exploring the gardens, or simply soaking up the calm.
If you’re looking for somewhere characterful, peaceful, and a little different—you're in the right place. We look forward to welcoming you.

Why they chose this property
We feel incredibly lucky to live in such a well-connected yet peaceful location. Bexley Village is a lively and characterful place, full of independent pubs, restaurants, and cafés. With fast, reliable transport links into central London, it's an ideal base for exploring the capital—yet just as well placed for discovering the Kent countryside.
We’re happy to suggest local day trips, and in the farmhouse, you’ll find a detailed guidebook with links to nearby attractions, walks, dining, and more.
Kent, known as The Garden of England, is full of contrast—from peaceful marshlands and historic castles to the dramatic White Cliffs of Dover and vibrant seaside towns. Whether you’re after nature, history, or local charm, there’s something here for everyone.
And when you’re ready for the buzz of the city, London’s world-famous museums, markets, theatres and sights are just a short train ride away. We often suggest starting with the Timeout guide—it’s a great way to prioritise the best of London.
