Who doesn't like to get away and head to the river for some R & R? Homosassa is known for it's fishing, scallop season, manatees and especially the springs. Guests are absolutely sure to enjoy a memorable vacation experience in this beautiful fully-furnished two-bedroom and two and half bathroom vacation rental. Our comfortable vacation rental is fully-furnished. Equipped with a working washer and dryer, you will never have to worry about running out of clean clothes. Prepare your families favorite meals in our fully-equipped kitchen. Our 47 foot dock (only 24 foot is available to dock guest boat) is ready for you tie your boat up and clean your catch as you enjoy the view. Don't let your family vacation be anything less than exceptional. Allow us to give you the best experience of your life!

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds, gather used towels and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Check out is at 11 am. Please make sure all dishes are washed and put away before checking out. Please set both a/c units (back room and main house) to 76 degrees.
Please strip the beds and place the linens in the floor as well as the towels in the floor of the bathrooms. make sure all items used downstairs (grill, chairs, etc.) are put away also.
Please take all trash out & the trash cans used to the street before you leave. We hope you enjoy your stay. Call me if you have any questions.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Please DO NOT drive on the grass due to the septic and the sprinkler system. NO STREET PARKING, Violators will be towed!
No more than 4 vehicles allowed on property including trailers.
