We had a great stay with friends in the Old Courtyard.

We had a great stay with friends in the Old Courtyard. Perfect location, no need for the car once we got there as it’s right in the centre of everything but not too busy that you hear the outside world inside the house. The house had everything we needed, was clean, comfortable and cosy. Would definitely stay again.

Lovely clean cottage, well situated for pubs/restaurants/shops of Bowness. Quite unusual to have parking for so many cars in the middle of Bowness and also useful for large groups as has one bathroom per bedroom.

It was really close to local restaurants & bars & there was plenty of space for us all to get together in the communal areas. The Prosecco & snacks on arrival were also very much appreciated would highly recommend 🙏😊

We stayed just before peak season, and had a lovely time. Everything was as expected. And the host answered our emailed questions before our arrival.We hadn't intended to do any cooking but could not resist using the well equipped kitchen!
