Great location!!

The toilet seat isn’t great, it’s made of plastic so it kinda hurts. The bed couch could be better as well.

The host was welcoming but the kitchen was poorly stocked, there were very few utensils and no kettle, although one was listed as available. There was only a small space heater which was not enough for February evenings and no dehumidifier, which is badly needed.

Dear John, Thank you very much for sharing your feedback about your stay. We are glad to hear that you found our team welcoming. We would like to clarify that your stay took place during an unusually rainy period, which caused higher humidity levels, something that is not typical in the Algarve. We understand that this may have affected your comfort and appreciate your understanding. Please also note that the property is advertised as a home without heating, which is why the heating available is limited. Regarding the kettle, we sincerely apologize that it was not available. Had you requested it during your stay, we would have been happy to provide one immediately. We have now replaced the kettle for future guests. We sincerely appreciate your feedback, as it helps us improve our property and ensure a more comfortable experience for all our guests. We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back in the future. Kind regards, The Home Holidays Team
