Location excellent and spotless. Property is a residential block with limited access as only one key so needed to arrange time to meet back for access. Shower was cold on 2 mornings and no information pack on for example to put rubbish bin

Beachfront with balcony & ocean views!

10/10 for location & view, and cleanliness of the apartment. You get to fall asleep to the sounds of the Atlantic ocean waves lapping on the beach!Kitchen was well equipped for a vacation rental, and includes basic cleaning supplies. There is a dishwasher, but you have to provide your own detergent if you want to use it. There is also a washing machine for clothes, although it either wasn’t working (or I couldn’t operate it correctly) - no matter what cycle option I chose, it gave me an error light indicating there was no water.Note that the bed is a murphy (wall) bed; it was not the worst mattress I have ever slept on, but not as comfortable as a hotel bed.Also note that the apartment is right at the top of the stairwell and you can hear noise from people going up & down the stairs - something to consider if you are sensitive to noise.The information booklet in the unit says that you need to take all the garbage out when you check-out, but doesn’t provide information on where to put it. It would greatly help if they provided guidelines on how recycling needs to separated, and a map to show where the garbage needs to be disposed (across the street and 50 meters up the road).

The apartment was perfectly located with a stunning view to the ocean. It suited well for our family with a baby. We were a little bit bothered by the noices coming from the neighburs and the cleaness was not perfect. Dispite of these details we would go there again!

Très joli appartement

Très joli appartement situé au 3 éme étage (avec ascenseur). Très belle vue sur la plage. Situé dans le vieux Albufeira mais légèrement excentré : donc, très proche à pied...mais sans le bruit nocturne. Nous étions 2 + un enfant de 11 ans : l'appartement convient parfaitement. Cuisine équipé. Bon accueil de l'équipe Interhome Albufeira.

Moyennement satisfaisant

L'appartement loué à Albufeira avait l'avantage d'être bien situé, mais ce n'était pas une surprise puisque nous l'avons choisi pour cette raison entre autre. Comme l'indiquaient les photos sur le site, l'appartement était parfaitement décoré et dans un état exceptionnel, neuf et propre. Le mobilier de très bon gout (ou tout au moins à notre gout) et suréquipé. La vue sur la mer était exceptionnelle depuis le petit balcon qui surplombait la plage. Cependant, et ce que les photos n'indiquaient pas, était l'état intérieur de l'immeuble et de la cage d'escalier, particulièrement sordide. On aurait pu se croire dans un immeuble de seconde zone en plein cœur du Bronx à New York. Gros souci même si on ne passe pas son temps dans la cage d'escalier, on se sens imprégné d'une bouffée d'angoisse à l'idée de monter les 3 étages à pied, car inutile d'envisager l'ascenseur qui inspire la même confiance que de traverser l'atlantique sur un radeau. Même si l'appartement était très équipé (Lave vaisselle, lave linge deux fours, douche à l'italienne, TV écran plat, il lui manquait les fondamentaux. un nombre incroyable de verres de coupes de champagne etc, mais impossible de trouver des tasses ou des bols de simples tasses, pour se servir un café le matin. Nous avons donc pris notre petit déjeuner dans des verres à eau. Nous avons également rencontré quelques soucis avec la pression de l'eau particulièrement capricieuse.
