I hate to hear that about your cell phone. Verizon has the best service. I believe AT&T is the worst. It's all about the towers. But, i hope you enjoyed our 50,000 acre lake with zero houses or private boat docks on the 1000 miles of shoreline. With 200 islands to pull up on. Thank you so much for your review, Kayla. What i love about this unit is the huge, shaded deck, comfy furniture inside and out, close to the pool and tennis courts and no stairs. Score. Oh, and the big, gas grill. These owners have thought of everything. We hope you will come back and allow us to host you again. Chad and his loved ones were perfect guests. I know they enjoyed our Enchanted Forest condo. We offer great specials in our Off Season and the weather is perfect. The OS starts after Labor Day and goes thru Memorial Day, sans holidays. We hope you will come back and check out our gorgeous Fall Colours.

I'm glad you enjoyed yourself. The invoice that is in your condo upon arrival is what VRBO pays us. The other monies you pay go to taxes and to the company. They went from charging the owners a flat rate annually. They when to receiving booking fees which messed everything up. But, they went from $0 annually to billions....so i guess i get it. I just hate it. I wish they would charge me annually then let us share contact info from the beginning but they don't.

It is gorgeous, the water is swimmable til late Oct, the national forest fall colors, cool weather and most importantly.....Low, Low Rates. It is all fabulous. The weather is perfect, the water is comfortable long into Oct and our rates drop dramatically after Labor Day. If you have any ATV's we have legal trails right outside your backdoor. OMG, Connie, thank you so much. This means even more with you being a seasoned VRBO guest. We really try and since i live here we will always be able to accommodate your every needs...legal, of course. The deer are plentiful. We have to honk to make them move. Our Fall season is our favorite. The eagles start showing up, the weather is crisp, cool and the water is still warm enough to swim. Oh, and our rates drop dramatically. OMG, Amanda...Thank you so very much for this review. As a local that lives less than a mile from the condos I can bring anything to the condo that would make your stay more comfortable. My daughter had twins in 2020. I get all her baby items. So, if you need it for your kids, as hers grow, I will be able to provide it....At No Extra Charge To You, The Guests. We love what we do and expect a Management Company to be just that, Manage the Guests needs, wants and desires if we can. I know you not only own a boat but an ATV. We adore riding in the National Forest in the Off Season, when the rates are super low. You and your husband are making lasting memories your children with have for the rest of their lives. I was raised on Lake Ouachita and can vouch for this first hand. We hope you will book with us again and become one of our regulars. We view you guys like family and live for reviews like yours. Dear Pat...i can't wait til you return. We love helping visitors have the maximum enjoyment when they share our area. We locals boat in the summer and buggy in the winter. We can legally ride our ATVs in the national forest and the access road is less than a mile from the condo which is legal to get to on your buggy. I collect pumpkins put on the curbs for trash pickup for our deer. They love them. I bet i brought home 15 from my trip to Little Rock yesterday. Please come back to see us. Amy, thank you so much. Our little resort is a gem in the state of Arkansas. Our favorite time of year is fall and winter to ride our 'buggies' in the national forest. I will show you how to get to the top next visit. We ride from Oct-April. Then we put street tires on the buggies to get around the mountain in and switch to boats in April. I hope i can ride with you next time. If not, i'll take one of you down and show you how to get to Hickory Nut Mountain Vista. The view is amazing...especially with fall colors. Brad, we are so happy you were able to stay in our Enchanted Forest condo for Spring Break. I hope you were able to enjoy our Lake Ouachita Vista Trails that stretch for miles. As one of the countries cleanest lakes I hope you will come back in the summer to enjoy our 1000 miles of shoreline, not one single house on the lake and over 200 islands. It is beautiful.
