Our family of 5 had a great time! Short drive to the marina where you can fish, rent a boat or kayak, and get some subway. Private and safe location. Very clean place.

We loved our stay at this rental. The location is beautiful, it's quite and so peaceful. The accommodations are clean, really comfortable and well equipped. There are many thoughtful extras here that aren't offered at most other rentals, like coffee, filters, shampoo & conditioner, soap. The owner is responsive and helpful. 10/10 will stay here again.

Comfortable accommodations with a great location

We stayed at this property two years ago and just recently stayed again. The property is comfortable and spacious enough and suits our family very well. There is a missed opportunity to put a king sized bed in the basement, but overall, the property is great, and I would happily stay there again. The location is 5 min from the marina and also has a pool nearby. Overall, two thumbs up.

Summer Getaway

We did a quick getaway while our son was home for a few weeks. Our condo was perfect for our stay. Loved the fact that there were 3 full bathrooms with each room. Very clean and just a short drive to the marina. Our host sent excellent instructions/information and was super attentive to any questions we had. Will definitely look up this unit again when we go back.

This is a great place to stay nice big rooms all with own bathroom had great time cooking out on the deck and relaxing playing cards with friends and family. We had a blast! The condo was perfect for our family of 4 adults and 2 children. It was very clean with a nice kitchen and comfortable beds. Centrally located to the crystal mines north of Hot Springs and the ones near Mt. Ida. Lots of other things to do for the whole family, including horseback riding, botanical garden, fishing, hiking, spa, nice restaurant at the Lodge nearby. Be sure to check out the cinnamon rolls at Burl's Smokehouse on the way to Hot Springs.

Enjoyed the facilities but they need a new cleaning agency. Crumbs under sofa and under chair cushions. The floor made our feet dirty if we walked around barefooted and the bedding was not clean.

Wonderful vacation spot

This is an affordable fabulous home away from home condo. Clean, cool, comfortable, and totally stocked. The well stocked kitchen includes pots, pans, and casserole dishes you might need for cooking and baking, both kinds of coffee makers with the fixings, and even has some condiments. They provide extra sheets, towels, pillows, blankets, soap, shampoo, paper products, and cleaning supplies. They new deck with ceiling fan and gas grill overlooks a beautiful wooded area. The lake is nearby. There is also a community pool. The master bedroom is downstairs and includes another deck. We will definitely be staying here again.
