- Ice cold AC! And a heater for those chilly winter nights
- 75" HDTV with a 5.1 sound system in the living room with Netflix and Hulu
- 48" HDTV in the 2nd bedroom with Netflix and Hulu
- 5 person hot tub/jacuzzi
- Beach necessities: towels, umbrella, chairs, bodyboards
Guest access
The whole house is yours! Only a part of the garage is used for keeping personal belongings and cleaning supplies.
Other things to note
There is a train that passes by very close to the home. If you are very sensitive to sound, I wouldn't advise staying at my place. They typically don't run past 10 pm. Some instances of a train passing by at midnight are possible, but no later than that.

Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Feel free to leave everything as is; we'll take care of everything! Please let us know if you plan on departing earlier so that we can let the cleaning crew know.
We'd just appreciate it if you could load up and launch the dishwasher before you go and start the first batch of towels in the washer.
Let us know if you used any items from the first aid kit so we know to check and replenish any necessary items.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
