We had a great stay at this villa for two weeks. We loved being able to eat outside and to sit under the wisteria when it was hot. The villa is within 15 min walking from nearly everything. The walk up the hill is strenuous. Grocery stores, gelato and breakfast pastries are nearby which was convenient. You get entertained by the giraffe contrada drums nearly every evening from 5-7pm. The Irishman is a fun pub near the Villa. We would recommend this villa. We would be happy to return. Thank you again to our wonderful hosts!

The home was very clean and centrally located! It is at the bottom of a hill, so you will get your morning steps/exercises in!! The outside area is wonderful for morning coffee or evening cocktails.The beds were comfortable. Plenty of towels, TP and shampoo. The hosts were easily accessible for questions and very helpful about the area! We would definitely stay here again! Thank you Rosi and Massimo!

10 days in Siena for Cycling

Fantastic apartment in quiet area but close to your local food market, coffee shop, pizza and fine dining. Great to walk the city exploring. Live like a local for a few days :-) Rosie and Mauritizio are wonderful & responsive hosts. They have a good crew that can help you.

Perfect place for family with city center location

Liked the set up of the separate rooms to allow each family member to have own space, plus the overall place is spaced out so it feels very large for apartment in the city center. Great location within walking distance to main square. Garden area was nice to have coffee in the morning and look at views of city and country side. Was VERY quiet. Loved the huge bathtub plus really hot water. The owners provided easy check-in and communication, plus added luxury of slippers and shower/bath products. Would recommend to anyone visiting Siena!

Nice outdoor space, strange apartment layout

Overall we had a comfortable stay. The photos don't totally give you the idea of the very strange layout but it worked fine for our very short (2 nights) stay. We were happy to have fans in the bedrooms and the outdoor space is nice but we experienced lots of mosquitos and didn't have any repellent with us. This property is also at the bottom of a very steep cobblestone street. It was spotlessly clean and very easy to connect with the hostess. We also appreciated the location within easy walking to the main plaza but on a quiet street.

Eclectic apartment in Siena

We had a great stay and enjoyed Siena and this was a great place for us to stay. At first, we weren't sure as it has an interesting layout, is on a steep hill challenging for cars, and my wife was leery of the cellar. However, the listing mentions all of it, and we ended up loving the eclectic qualities. The garden/yard was wonderful, view and location for walking was great, and as soon as we figured it all out, we loved it. Added a different experience but plenty of comfort and relaxation. Washer and dryer was great as this was the middle of our trip and we planned lighter packing because of it. Wonderful time!
