This is a lovely property in an excellent location. We had beautiful views of Siena from apartment terraces and were within walking distance of historic sites, grocery store, etc. The property was also well stocked with supplies upon our arrival including breakfast items and a bottle of wine, a lovely touch!Our host Alessandro provided exceptional hospitality. He met us on arrival, explaining all features of the property and parking options for our stay. He also made several dinner recommendations ( and reservations) in Siena and gave us advice for Florence as well. He was available to answer any questions we had during our stay and made us feel very welcome.I highly recommend this property for your next stay in Siena!

Start with the view! The beautiful patio overlooks old town Siena with the Basilica of Saint Francesco dominant. That alone was worth the stay. But there is so much more. Alessandro was the best host one could hope for. He met us at the apartment on our timeline, explained parking, helped carry our luggage, and showed us around the apartment. He even made us dinner reservations where his name had the restaurant treating us like family. The kitchen was well stocked with coffees, teas, spices, butter, sugar, juice, and every other staple we could possibly need. There were some extra special treats left for us, too!The beds were very comfortable and the AC worked better than any hotel we’ve stayed at. We would stay here again in a heartbeat! A

Very nice apartment in a great location. Bed was very comfortable. Windows provide some sound-proofing from activity below. We enjoyed sitting on the terrace, enjoying a glass of wine at the end of the day. There were some great restaurants within steps of the building. Unit had air conditioning, which is a huge plus. No elevator in the building so be prepared to carry your bags up several flights of stairs when you arrive. Hostess was awesome with recommendations and assisting us in securing transportation to the airport when we experienced some troubles. Highly recommend this property.

Brilliant Stay

A wonderful apartment, clean, great location but most of all our hosts were amazing. Alessandro really was a pleasure to deal with and went above, and beyond when one of us needed some medical advice by putting us in touch with a trusted local doctor who was amazing. The whole stay was a complete delight.

Exceptional stay!

If I could give this property and it’s host 10 stars I would! The location, penthouse, view and host are amazing!! I can’t wait to go back one day! Has all the amenities you need plus a spectacular view and super nice and funny host!!

This is a must see and stay property!

It was a great experience which stays in our memories for long, gorgeous,clean, spacious and most convenient to all we wanted to see! Alessandro and Rosie were most amazing people we have encountered, they tried to do everything to make us feel at home. We have to mention the beautiful view from the huge balcony and spotless kitchen with all kind of necesseties!

Another fabulous stay

We couldn’t wait to return to this beautiful apartment in Siena! The apartment was excellent in every way and our host was very attentive and helpful! We really enjoyed spending time on the huge terrace taking in the lovely view! We would highly recommend it!

Can honestly say this was one of our best rental experiences. The entire space was sparkling with very well stocked kitchen and bathroom. Our host met us outside and walked us through parking, apartment functions restaurant, shopping, towns to visit and was available to message for further questions... And the terrace was the perfect place to sit with a glass of wine and take in the view! Loved it!

Warm welcome to a stunning spot

This home is an oasis of beauty with plenty of privacy and space. Our host welcomed us with food and extras so we could settle in and not have to leave for some of the simple things like a light breakfast and snacks. Wonderful.

Amazing!

The walk up is worth the view! And I can’t say enough how kind the host was, and they thought of everything, from providing food, water, wine, and even toothbrushes, and Netflix! Truly the best place I’ve ever stayed!

Thanks for your hospitality, your thoughtfulness made our stay at Attico a once in a lifetime experience. the 180 degree views are epic! Amazing Siena Apartment

My wife and I stayed in this beautiful apartment for 5 nights....each day we enjoyed the spacious and luxurious premises. It was perfect. We spent many hours on the large terrace overlooking the city....wow, what a great view! We would highly recommend this apartment and would love to stay here again!

Absolutely Perfect Siena Experience

We had excellent pre-arrival communication with Alessandro who greeted us with the most comprehensive welcome I have ever had with VRBO. The apartment itself was far more than we ever would have hoped for. Completely furnished, exceptionally comfortable, and an easy 10 minute walk to view the Palio. We will absolutely stay here on our return --if it is available--do mot miss staying here.

Perfection!

Attico San Francesco is an absolute gem! Both charming and convenient with a host who provided close attention to all of our needs, including food and amenities at the apartment, as well as recommendations for all the area’s wonderful sites and restaurants. Highly recommend; the only drawback is no elevator but consider it a chance to walk off those calories!

Luxurious accommodations with stunning views! The owners have thought of everything! The apartment is well appointed, spacious and comfortable. The terraces are lovely and incredibly spacious. A taste of heaven

This penthouse apartment couldn’t have been more beautiful and better situated for a visit to Siena. Just outside the walls of the old city, you could either hike up the hill to the center of town or ride the escalators up. We roamed the enchanting streets and hung out in the Campo soaking up the ambience and history of this fascinating place. We took day trips out into the hill towns of Chianti, tasting wine and drinking in the views. All intoxicating!

Wonderful time at the Attic!

What an incredible place and incredible hosts. Alassandro met us at the apt late in the evening on our first night and laid out all of the amenities for us. We had breakfast for the next morning. I wish this place was mine!

What a beautiful apartment! It is spacious, comfortable and the patio views do not disappoint. The fact that this place is just outside the centro storico walls keeps it quiet. It is within easy walking distance from the escalators that take you directly up into town. It’s probably the best location possible for a trip to Siena. The owners filled the kitchen with delicious bites to eat, including a bottle of wine and a homemade torte! They were wonderfully helpful and considerate.

Perfection in Siena

Wonderful apartment with huge balcony overlooking Siena. Convenient location. Most accommodating host imaginable. Checked on us daily. Filled the apt with everything we could ever think of needing. Always responded immediately. Even arranged for us to watch the soccer match with his delightful contrada!! Would LOVE to stay here again and would highly recommend!! Miss it already!

Incredible home in Siena

My family of 4 stayed at this beautiful apartment for many weeks, and loved every minute of it. The patio is stunning- The perfect place for morning coffee, a relaxing break in the afternoon, and a glass of wine while admiring the stars. The location allows easy and quick access to central town via the escalators at San Francesco. Tons of delicious restaurants are walkable from the apartment. And we loved the convenience of the grocery store (2 minute walk). In addition, Alessandro and Maria are incredible hosts. They went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable, well fed, and up to date on happenings in town. I can’t say enough good things about this listing- it felt like home.
