Lovingly restored to enhance the character of the property, this stylish, well-equipped apartment has been beautifully refurbished to reflect the character of this building. A haven of relaxation is waiting for you.
However you choose to spend your time; adventures await. Whether you decide to explore the historic culture or the cosmopolitan dining scene, you are in the heart of all this charming city has to offer.

Upon entering from the private entrance on the street, you are greeted by a staircase into your apartment. The fully fitted spacious kitchen caters for all your needs. Enjoy wining and dining in the beautifully decorated seating area with ample space to seat 4 for dinner.

Leading from the kitchen on the ground floor, the cosy, well-lit living room has everything you could wish for to enhance your stay. With a stylish, comfortable corner sofa positioned to allow full viewing of the flat screen TV.
Moving upstairs, there are two luxurious king size bedrooms with plenty of storage space for all your outfits! The master bedroom offers an ensuite shower room reminiscent of stepping into your own spa. The main bathroom provides a luxury bath and shower.

A digital parking permit in a local carpark is included to enhance your stay by offering convenient parking space for one car. The car park is a 10 - 15 minute walk to the apartment.

Brilliant stay

This newly renovated two bedroom unit was brilliant in so many ways. It is modern, well equipped kitchen with a comfortable sitting area and supercomfortable beds. The location is so close to everything . Excellent!

Visiting York?

The Lark provided a fabulous base to stay - not far from the train station or the city centre. Many great places to visit, and plenty of places to eat. Looking forward to the next visit.

tastefully decorated in a great location

Great place to stay right in the heart of York. Well equipped kitchen/lovely bathrooms and comfy beds. Only downside is noise at night from main road. Bring earplugs.

A great apartment so close to everything

Lovely apartment with ATD. So close to city centre and all attractions, restaurants etc. Only small issue was the instruction not to open windows.

Great stay in Scandi-styled apartment

The photos were very accurate and the property was well decorated and equipped. The only small improvements we could suggest was heating the property before we arrived and removing or increasing the heating limit on the radiators as it was chilly in February! A few more dishwasher tablets would help and the shower heads need replacing but otherwise it was a great stay and very close to the centre. The next door Italian restaurant was also excellent and 10 seconds away and the Turkish restaurant round the corner was also great and only 3 minutes away.
