If you are looking for the true Hawaiian beachfront experience, then you need to look no further. It is located in the most desirable area of the North Shore between Haleiwa and Waimea Bay. This is an amazing walled and gated oceanfront property located on the nicest beach on the North Shore. Known as Chun’s beach, it has calm waters, good snorkeling, and beautiful sunsets. There is 115 feet of ocean frontage, a gorgeous grass front yard and a 2 bedroom 2 bath newly remodeled cottage with covered ocean view lanais. Go down your private steps to the beach and snorkel with the sea turtles then relax on the lanai with a book. The cottage is elevated and all one level with a master bedroom with incredible ocean views, king size bed, ensuite master bath and a private ocean front covered lanai. The second bedroom has 2 full beds and is perfect for children. The living room, kitchen and dining room are in an open floor plan all with designer furniture, spectacular ocean views and a large covered lanai on the ocean side. There is a bath down below the house that is great for showering off after a swim in the ocean.
The house comes with a fully stocked kitchen, air conditioning, linens, washer dryer, flat screen tvs, wi fi, BBQ and oceanfront covered lanais off the living room and master bedroom. The property is walled and gated for privacy.
Located 2 miles north of the charming, historic surfing town of Haleiwa, this is the perfect place to get away and enjoy the beauty of Hawaii. . Snorkel with turtles and standup paddle in the summer and surf the North Shore waves in the winter.
This property is rented in accordance with the City and County of Honolulu ordinances.

The hosts gave clear instructions and they were very helpful! This house was even better in person! You cannot beat this beach front property. It was great being able to sit on the porch, listen to the rhythm of the rolling waves and watch ocean and beach life unfold in front of us - surfers, whales and kind people strolling by occasionally. It was wonderfully relaxing and incredible! Hale’iwa town is less than 2 miles away so it was easy to get food and to shop. I highly recommend this property! Nothing was missing. We never even needed the A/C! Our only regret was that we didn’t stay longer. Next time we will skip Waikiki.

Beautiful view

This property has a beautiful view no doubt. The owners were accommodating and communication with them was top notch. However, the property itself needs some TLC. Some windows won't open, the shower rod in the master bath is very rusty, the shower drips continuously, the sliding door is difficult to open, the living area furniture is worn, dated and stained, the lanai furniture is unraveling, we were warned neighbors can be difficult and one even messaged the owners that we drove too fast down the lane in a BMW - even though we didnt have a BMW, the 2nd bedroom does not have a closet. Overall we had a great time and just overlooked these things, but I definitely cannot give this place a 5 star rating compared to other 5 star places we have stayed at on the North Shore. It just needs some TLC.

Thank you for your observations. A couple things for clarity though. All of the sliding doors were replaced in the last two years. They’re basically brand new. The windows that don’t crank open, we have taken the cranks off of because we don’t want them open. There’s plenty of ventilation and air-conditioning available in the house. If the shower drips, it’s because you did not turn it off tightly. I have had that happen to me as well just have to put a little extra turn to it. I will check to see if the showerhead needs replacing a little bit of rust on top of a showerhead is definitely not something I look at super closely. We have approximately nine outdoor patio chairs and a couple of them are unraveling at the edges. I do need to throw them away, but they are pretty functional And super comfortable since I have several friends a couple extras around are always nice. You are correct the two yellow chairs are being replaced and two new chairs have already been ordered. They should be in in the next couple of months. Can’t really do anything about a neighbor complaining about people driving too fast. We just shared that information with you and I don’t think that’s an inappropriate action. The price point of our house is for a very nice cottage on an extremely beautiful property at a very, very reasonable price. Perfect Beach Getaway

This place is PERFECT! Beautiful home with an outstanding master bedroom and private balcony. The yard has private access to the beach, so you're able to wake up and take your coffee down to the sand and enjoy the beautiful sunrise. Communicating with the hosts while on the trip was very easy and super helpful. They were extremely responsive, polite and made sure we had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. If you're looking to have a quiet getaway, this is the spot. Tucked off the main highway on a private dead end road in a gated entrance with private beach access on the North Shore of Oahu.... does it get much better??? Not far from Foodland so you're able to stock up on groceries to make your stay even more enjoyable. We couldn't have been more pleased with the property, the hosts and our stay. I hope we get to come back, but definitely a vacation rental I'd recommend to anyone! Mahalo!

Heaven on Earth

This will be our 3rd stay at Property ID 1132598 and prior to this I have never visited anywhere on the planet twice! Too much to see and do on planet earth for repeats. This home has to be one of my favorite locations ever. The house is completely comfortable with everything you need to cook meals and boasts an expansive lanai overlooking a sandy beach featuring beautiful, protected natural lagoon. The lagoon is one of the top 2 snorkeling spots on the entire island in my opinion. So many beautiful species of fish and healthy coral. We even had a huge turtle basking in the sun on the sand one afternoon. My other favorite snorkeling spot, 3 Tables, is just down the road 5 minutes in Pupukea. August and September feature 2 awesome surf breaks just off shore from the lagoon. If you are looking for a visit to the best Oahu has to offer, look no further!
