Concernant le numéro de téléphone, celui de la personne à contacter figurait bien dans le message que nous vous avons envoyé le jour de votre réservation via votre messagerie VRBO.
Le code d’accès à la résidence est modifié régulièrement pour des raisons de sécurité. La personne chargée de votre accueil disposait du bon code et pouvait vous le transmettre, ainsi que vous indiquer le chemin pour rejoindre facilement la villa. Les villas de la résidence sont aussi identifiées par un petit panneau portant leur nom.
