With a fantastic view of the sea at Gedser, you will find this brick house from 1937 in the front row down to the water. You can walk from the house down through the small paths in the garden directly to the sandy beach. The holiday house has two floors. On the ground floor there is an entrance hall, kitchen, small toilet, living room and a small conservatory. On the first floor there are 3 bedrooms consisting of a room with a double bed, a room with two single beds and a room with a double bed. There is also a bathroom with toilet, sink and shower. The kitchen has electric hobs, separate oven and fridge with freezer. In the living room there is a TV with Chromecast, internet and a wood-burning stove. The small conservatory opens out to the garden, where you can relax in the garden furniture or on one of the two sun loungers, and when the evening approaches, you can use the charcoal grill. There are local shopping options in Gedser. Gedser Remise with the Olsen Gang's house, flea market, bicycle rental and restaurant is nearby. There are approx. 300 m walking distance to the ferry terminal. Not available for rental to youth groups.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
