Great time in the sun!

Despite the quirky layout and the unusual furniture choices,Bella Vista is a lovely villa and a great place to stay. When the sun shines on the terrace, it is delightful. We have enjoyed our visit, using the local shops and supermarkets. Mikhail has been a wonderful host, great to meet him. Hope to return in the future.

We had a great week at this property in February, loved the peaceful location with close access to shops for the apartment's needs, passing them on the way back from the beach and town. Not too far from the restaurants and town but some may find it a distance from the beach. As it was February the pool didn't get warm enough to use regularly but the courtyard certainly gets enough sun throughout the day for the time of year.Good communication from the host, Mikhail, and the check-in process worked fine. One small problem was soon rectified and the place is kept very clean.Would book again.Mark and Janet

Beautiful apartment in a great location to explore

Mikhail was very efficient with any questions I had prior to our arrival and once we were there. You can see a lot of effort is made to keep the upkeep of the grounds and in the apartment to a high standard. It was very clean. We had a hire car, which is needed to be able to explore, car parking was never an issue outside of the property. No air con, which I would say was the only downside, but we managed and had a fan to keep us cool at night. Overall we were really pleased with the apartment and would return and recommend to others.

- Ausstattung mehr Geschirr, Geschirrspüler, dritte Liege am Pool, Grill- verlangt bei kleinsten Schäden Entschädigung. Von daher ist es ratsam, bei Bezug die Wohnung ganz genau auf Schäden zu überprüfen. Wichtig auch kleinere Dinge wie Handtücher, Geschirr, Besteck .. sollten kontrolliert werden und bei festgestellten Mängeln sofort dem Vermieter angezeigt werden. Uns wurde im Nachhinein ein Handtuch für 8 in Rechnung gestellt, weil wir angeblich einen Flecken darauf hinterlassen haben.- bessere Kommunikation, dass die Wohnung eine Kellerwohnung ist. Haben wir bei Buchung nicht erkannt und waren Vorort überrascht.

Super Zentrale Lage. Dass es sich um eine Kellerwohnung handelt ist mir erst aufgefallen als wir Vorort gewesen sind. Garten Pool sind super sauber und auch wirklich schön zu nutzen. Mann ist für sich obwohl der Vermieter im gleichen Hause ist.

Kleinod mit viel Privatsphäre in Wohngegend

Man befindet sich in einer Sackgasse einer Wohngegend, ist weg vom touristischen Trubel, kann aber schnell dorthin gelangen, wenn man möchte. Schnell haben wir uns an die verwinkelten Treppen der Souterrainwohnung gewöhnt. Die Wohnung ist groß, hat ein schönes Klima und ist mit allen Notwendigkeiten ausgestattet. Die freundlichen Vermieter wohnen im Haus und sind schnell zu kontaktieren, falls es Probleme geben sollte, ließen uns aber die Privatsphäre auf der sichtgeschützten Terrasse am Pool genießen. Wir haben uns sehr gut aufgehoben gefühlt und können diese Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen!

Relaxter Aufenthalt

Das Appartement ist in einer sehr ruhigen Gegend gelegen, und trotzdem ist das Zentrum von PdI in ca. 15' zu Fuss erreichbar. Wir hatten ein Mietauto und hatten auch immer vor dem Haus Platz zum Parkieren. Die Terrasse und der eigene Pool laden zum Baden oder verweilen ein. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen.
