Meine Frau und ich hatten die Wohnung für 27 Tage gemietet. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war sehr gut. Die Wohnung war einwandfrei sauber. Das erleben wir selten in dieser Qualität. Dennoch gibt es einige Punkte, die wir für erwähnenswert halten:Das Bad wurde mit einer großen Waschtischkommode nachgerüstet. Das bietet viel Stauraum allerdings ist der Waschtisch so groß, dass der Abstand zwischen ihm und WC für uns zu knapp war und wir nur schräg auf dem WC sitzen konnten. Die Duschkabine ist sehr klein, so dass wir beim Einseifen häufig gegen die Duschkabine gestoßen sind. Im schmalen "Wintergarten" stehen alle Gartenmöbel, ein Schreibtisch mit Drehstuhl und eine verschlossene Truhe. Dadurch lässt sich dieser Raum nur sehr eingeschränkt nutzen, zumal man abends alle Gartenmöbel wieder einräumen soll, damit nachts die Bewässerung des Rasens erfolgen kann. Der Weg zwischen Eingang zur Wohnung/Wintergarten und der Rasenfläche ist gleichzeitig der Zugang zur Nachbarwohnung und dem Versorgungsraum der vier Wohnungen des Gebäudes. Außerdem ist es der kürzeste Weg zur Außendusche. Die Nachbarwohnung wird dauerbewohnt und die Bewohner sowie deren Gäste gingen immer direkt am Wintergarten „unserer“ Wohnung vorbei. Das waren alles sehr freundliche Menschen, doch ist unsere Privatsphäre dadurch sehr eingeschränkt worden. Was also auf dem Foto wie eine private Terrasse/Vorgarten aussieht, ist nur sehr eingeschränkt privat.Es gab nur einen Schlüsselbund.
