The property was lovely, very spacious and had a great view. The pool area was nice but there were no sunbeds around… fortunately, the host had left some deck chairs to take down. The apartment had obviously been cleaned but there was a couple of clumps of dust on the floor. The port area is at one end of Estepona so we had a lovely walk along the promenade.

Summer Holiday

Have had a fabulous holiday. Apartment a little dated but immaculate and had everything we needed. Bathroom had been updated to large walk in shower which was great. Location perfect for marina and old town. Small negative point - beds a little hard for me and family. Nothing too much trouble for local property management team.

Perfect location.

Well equipt condo with bright West facing balcony with port views. Very handy to restaurants, bars and groceries. Condo as advertised, no complaints. The under ground parking spot is a bit small and hard to get into, if you have anything more than a compact car. Not really an issue as there is ample parking on the street. At least in October there was.

Le meilleur quartier d' Estépona !!!

Situé sur le port, près du phare, à proximité des restos, bars, animations diverses, et des commerces essentiels, de la sierra derrière, avec une belle vue sur Gibraltar, que demander de mieux !!!
